The college follows the curriculum put forward by ktu . That's actually pretty bad . We didn't get to study things we want . Everything we study is not what we opted for there are some other things . But I think everything which comes under this 'extra' is not that bad . Some are quite useful for sure . But everyone need not feel this way . Others may find it too difficult. Because the time period they give us of each semester is really short . In between we get programs . Club activities. Workshop. Assignment and a lot of records to write. Which is a waste of time .we generally get a maximum of 3 months for each semester removing the holidays. Then exams will come . Another thing is the valuation about ktu . They value paper very poorly . Some times we will get to think that these valuation is done by some students on 1st or 2nd standards ,to be frankly saying they will do better than this . I hope the things would change

I'm interested in electronics based field, so i have choosen this. I'm also interested in doing practicals for it. Such as soldering etc. Talking about the areas of improvement, give more importance to practcials especially on soldering
I liked to become a mechanical engineer, so I opted out. My father is a mechanical engineer. In my class, we had a strength of 42 students, and the faculty who taught us were well trained and were experts. We had two internal exams and one final exam in each semester.
My goal in life is to become a mechanical engineer, that's why I choose this course. The faculty-to-student ratio was about 1:10. simple teaching method of faculties which is understandable for students and good interaction with students from faculty side. The exams conducted was at correct timings and the level of questions was easy to moderate
Fee structure as for management it is 65000/- per year and for merit 18000/- per year. There are many scholarships that can be applied for reservation quota.
Electronic and communication is the course I opted.ec is the best course for my future career and also communication Field is advancing in every aspects and there is scope for electronic and communication engineerings
It's feasible for merit students at 35000-40000.Others have to pay about 60000 a year Payment can be done through a bank , directly paying to the office by cash or by a student loan The college is very transparent in the fee breakdown. There are no donations or such payments to be made to get an admission.
35000 for the merit and 65000for management under entrance examination and if nri or other the fee must increase as per the college management have to decide or can havev to fix the amount of the fee that ahe to pay
The fees structure are little bit high compared to government colleges as it as an aided college for merit seat yearly fees is 40100 and for management seat it is 70100 therefore it is high compared to government colleges
The merit students have to pay 40100 for each year. The management seat fillled through entrance rank should pay 70100 per year. Top 3 students in each branch get tuition fee weaver scholarship they pay only 5100 per year
