the college is small , there is no ground available, but there is a badminton court at backyard of college where all students hangout. as such 2-3 events happen annually, and sometimes the farewell of final year students is also skipped.
The library of the college was the charm of Vastu Kala Academy. There were two libraries in the college one was the central library and another was the departmental library where books were kept according to the department.
The main infrastructure of the building was really bad, there need to have a lot of improvements infrastructure of the college. They are improving the WiFi connection, library and computer labs have ample facilities and books to provide you with required knowledge.
Our campus is a small one. We have a badminton court and a restaurant inside our capmus. The building shares a part of it with a Carana bank branch. Labs are not a requirement of the course. Gender ration can be 5:3 girls:boys. There are no as such extra curricular activities organised by the college. Students do find them selves some through other sources.
The college always encouraged other activities , we have our educational tours every year , site visits etc . The cultural events are celebrated with great joy , we had some awesome fests and several inter college competitions .
There are lots of co-curricular activities which are conducted in the college, such as debates, seminars, conferences, and other cultural fests. The lab facilities of the college is highly advanced and contains all the instruments required for the practical sessions and field trips.
The college conducts various fests and cultural programs in a grand manner. The students are encouraged to have active participation. Weekly seminars and workshops are also promoted. The college at times also conducts conferences. The lab facilities are good with all the required instruments and systems installed perfectly.
We had many extracurricular activities to take part in, like indoor and outdoor sports, an annual event, dancing, creative arts, etc. We took part in various student-oriente clubs in which we would organise creative events.
We had a huge open ground space where we could play several games and sports with our friends, teachers, and other classes. We also had an annual event where we could showcase our talents to everyone.
Educational tour from Dharmshala to Chandigarh were organised last year so that the students get to study the vernacular architecture through documentation in the hills. Special seminars on topics like Inspiration from architecture, Professional practices, Methodology of architectural thesis etc are held by our professors to give us a wide knowledge about the subjects. Cultural programs such are painting, dancing, craft making, pottery, t-shirt dyeing etc are conducted by the college council to boost the morale of the students.
