SBK College is also known as Saiva Bhanu Kshatriya College it is situated in Aruppukottai, Tamil Nadu. This is a public college which was established in the year 1970. At first, the college was a girls college as it was established to empower the female section of society and in 1986 it became the coed college. The college is affiliated to the Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai and accredited ‘B’ grade by NAAC.

- Physical Education: Apart from academics the SBK College also takes care of physical education of students of all departments. To participate in Physical education is compulsory for all the students in every department.
- Remedial Class: Remedial Classes are provided in the college premises by the college professors for the students who are weak or who have some difficulty in understanding the concept.
- Yoga Class: The SBK college also provides yoga classes to students and staff. Yoga is the medium of removing stress from the mind and to curb the pressure from the shoulders of staff and students college has started yoga classes.
