Balurghat college is a co-educational institution located at the heart of the city Dinajpur , West Bengal. The institution is the largest college of the city and has crossed 72 years of establishment. It offers Honours and General courses across various streams such science, commerce and arts with various options of specialization.
The peculiarity is that the college offers Honours courses as well as General courses in BA, B.Com, and B.Sc. at undergraduate levels. I chose math honors at balurghat college, the studens are eligible for this course by through there HS bord marks. you find the application from in balurghat college's official web site. the applicition fees i pay for 2200rs.No , i don't want any improvment in admission process.

In someday, the weather condition was very bad, so I can't attend the college on that day. I dont availed any quota. The admission process was very easy. All the documents have to need for admission, all documents copy with 2 passport sizes photo was submitted to the admission section, with admission fees. There was no counseling day.

Good in education. But poor in infrastructure and poor in faculty available and poor in labotory equipment, hostel food is good. But there no placement by college it self. Social life of college is better

I think it is one of the best college under UGB. The professors are very helpfull and also the senior students. The environment of the college is very healthy . Every department is very good specially bengoli, philosophy and history. But i have to say that the English department is little weak than the other departments of the college.

Here you will get 3 year degree course and now CBES bassis system running in New syllabus. The system of this college very good.all the course are are good here.there are many course available in the college.

This college is under gour banga university so its give result too late. And marks are not good gate every students. otherwise college is good. The ground of the college is polluted. but class room are good
