Campus life society life students and teachers
Green area of the college use number of the Gardens and the clean environment

Many many restrictions on the girls hostel
Due to government sometimes delay in taking the opportunities

Placement Experience:

From the fifth semester, students become eligible for campus placements. If a company came there it takes at least 5 to 6 students but with a minimum package of 3 to 4lacs per year. Only 15 to 20% of the students get placements after the campus requirement. Most students have planned after the completion of their degree either to opt for government services or for the master's degree after clearing CAT and they may opt for the teaching line after Ph.D.

Placement Experience:

Many companies like mnc, Amazon, etc offered jobs under internships. More than 95% of well educated and have computer skills are more recruit from college and college provide good knowledge. The highest average package is 50 lac per annum and the lowest average package is 10 lac per annum. The top recruiting company is Amazon. Most students get fixed but due to the covid 19 pandemic mostly students do not go outside but many of the students do an online internship.

Placement Experience:

From the fifth semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The number of companies visited here is very huge in number. Around 75% of the students get placed every year in this college based on their skills and hard work. My plan after getting a BA in Economics honours is to do M.A in economics. But the saddest thing is that the M.A in economics is not available there in our PGGCG-42 Chandigarh.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible in the third year of their college. In the end months, the various placement companies come and offer jobs in the college. Amazon provided the 2,1,3000 annual package. Placement completely depends on the students and their preferences. Some students choose to study further and some choose to appear for the competitive exams and some choose to work. I have chosen to get into government institutions.

I love the green green this college this college is full of greenery and many trees many many workers are there for cleanliness for them and I think cleanliness and green is the one of the feature of the Chandigarh and I love this
Campus life and hostel life is also very good hostels are very much boon to these college and hostel is very much simple to live as compared to pgs there are many things that are difficult in managing in pg as compared to hostels

Dislikes

Placements in this college they are not providing us placements options so this is not good in this college
More ever washrooms condition is not good they are washrooms are very very much dirty and it is to be desirable to take the steps for them

Very less percentage of the students are getting the placements in this college chances of placements are very low here and more ever if the placements are provided to you the packages very low I am students have or not to choose is package and do something else and I think so it is not desirable for the placement if you want to choose this college if you have gone to have high placements then go for any private colleges because government colleges are somewhere much low to provide please facilities to you and my plans of getting the degree is to do some professional course like the MBA

Infrastructure of our college is good, as it promotes greenery all over the campus as it gives positive vibes to the person.
Canteen , nescafe and other stalls are hygiene and food is also neat and clean and most importantly tasty and at very affordable price.

Dislikes

It is the girls college because due to it a person can't able to deal with the outer environment easily it being difficult to get adjust with other people as it destroy your ability to socialize
75 attendance for 3rd yr students. Like in 3yr students prepare for competitive exam for studies but our teachers are to strict for attendance they literally call up parents

Internships Opportunities:

As I'm in the 3rd year companies will come in next sem which is the 6th for internships and job opportunities for students. Till now I haven't been able to experience internship opportunities in my college I only heard from my seniors.

The teachers, amenities , security , teaching ,cosy coff room
Campus is really good and well maintained with a large number of gardens and walking paths. There is a open book van for students , cobbler, shopping arcade having electronic , stationary , parlour , accessories shop and a boutique as well .

Dislikes

Water coolers were not working at time and cleanliness near water coolers is not maintained well
Formality for getting college Id cards , due slips .huge lines are formed and it takes 2-3 hours for these activities . Auditorium and it's ceiling and walls need a makeover and immediate renovation

Placement Experience:

Right now I haven't attended placements yet . Students of final year are eligible for placements .I have no idea about the companies and offers but as heard from seniors there are offers from banks and other mid - size firms. I am planning to complete my CA course after graduating as I pursued both of them paralelly would like to sit for govt. / Bank Exams as well .

The college offers placements for those students who are in 3rd year of bsc computer science. This is bad thing because other students didn't find any opportunity of placements
