I think bcom honrs is not much worthy according to my perspective. As it based theoretically I'm field of commerce a student should be more practical like In communication and the field they are pursuing. Other courses like bma bfa can be opt.. And as of today generation skills are more important than degree bcom honrs take your time your focus which can be used to learn skills.

I chose this course because I wanted to do so. Qualification of the faculty is good but classes are held in very less. Exams are not much difficult even one can pass the exam by studying only for two days before exams. Times are okay. The teachers are helpful.

I chose B.Com (Hons) as my course because I wanted to pursue my career in the field of commerce and finance. The student-teacher ratio is 60:1. The faculty is well-qualified. The teaching method is also very good.

I chose this course because I wanted to pursue a career in the field of finance. The faculty-student ratio is 1:60. The faculty is well-qualified. And the teaching method opted for by my teachers is very good and understandable.
I choose B.Com (Hons.) Because that's what I wanted to do. We have 46 students in a class, the girls' ratio is less than the boy's ratio. In our class mostly are from Delhi, Haryana, etc so, there is not much diversity. The faculty is great. The teachers will help you even before one hour to the exam and they also guide students. Not only in academics they help in other fields also, but they also interact with students daily which I found helpful. They not only cover the syllabus but also teach out of syllabus topics which is interesting and helpful in learning the subject. They teach through ppts and books, provide study material, and demonstrate things practically also. The exam is the same for all the du colleges and they are timely held. The obe is not hard, and you teachers give marks according to your performance in class for internal assessment. Anyone can pass in obe as long as they answer correctly.
I have chosen b.com Hons because thats what I want to do. We have 46 students in a class, girls' ratio is more than the boy's ratio. Most in our class are from Delhi, Haryana, Delhi NCR so, there is not much diversity. The faculty is great. The teacher will help you even before one hour to the exam. The exam is the same for all the du college. obe is a little difficult but you will not fail.
I choose BCom Hons. Some of the teachers are amazing. They are helpful and insightful. But few teachers are bad, One of my economic's teacher just read the book, and one of my account teachers only take 20/100 times class. It depends on your luck which type of faculty you get. The course curriculum was relevant, as it's a Delhi university college teaching methods were basic, limited to just a book. No industry exposure was given. The curriculum lacked practical knowledge whereas according to me, at the college level, students should be given live projects and visits to how actually corporate life is.
Our course syllabus changes according to the need of the present era, university has well defined department for every course which look into the changes as per need. Faculty are well experienced and supportive in nature of my college.
Every thing is well defined course curriculum is based upon semester 3year is divided into 6semester.faculties are more or less very supportive in every stream of subject. Most them are phd holder and some of them are postgraduate.
B.com(hons) is worth taking as most of the subjects that we study are relevant to students. It gives the basic knowledge to pursue a career in any field whether its Marketing, HR or Finance. Moreover, Shivaji college provides lot of internship opportunities which ultimately helps students to have the required exposure. Faculties of commerce department is great. They are actually good in terms of teaching and know how to take class.
