How can one apply for the admission at the NAS, Meerut, UP?

Ans: In order to apply for admission in various programs at the NAS, Meerut, one can fill the application form which is available online at the official website of the College. After filling up the form and attaching all the required documents, Candidates are required to pay the application fees and complete the form. After this, merit list will be prepared according to the marks obtained in 10+2 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses.

What is the placement record of the Institute?

Ans: The Institute conducts placement drives occasionally. Placements are provided on the basis of the marks and merit. However, it does not guarantee 100% placement to all the students.

Is the hostel facility available for the students and is it safe and secured?

Ans: Yes, the hostel facility is available for all the students. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Students get individual well- furnished rooms with all the necessary facilities. Yes, the hostel is safe and secured with 24*7 security and guards.

Can we cancel or revise the application once made?

Ans: Applications once submitted cannot be cancelled at any circumstances. Fees paid are non-refundable. Contact the concerned person to know whether it can be edited or not.

What is the minimum eligibility criteria to pursue an M.Sc. degree?

Ans: The minimum eligibility criteria to pursue M.Sc. degree is that the candidate must have obtained B.Sc. degree in the relevant branch or equivalent with minimum 40% marks in aggregate.

Does the University offer any type of scholarship to the students?

Ans: Yes, The University offers grants and financial aid to the students based on the marks and scores scored in the previous qualifying examination.

The yearly fees for B.Sc. ( physics, chemistry, maths) was around Rs. 1800 to Rs. 2000 and the registration fees was also somewhere around Rs. 2000. Also there was a lab fees for Rs. 120 for performing practical exam in the lab ( breakage charge) and there was also a scholarship programme for students with poor financial condition in some cases there fees was reduced to Rs. 1000 or even less and also the fees for SC and ST students was less
