Placement Experience:

The college got and gentle placement. The students become eligible from the 5th semester. The companies offer package till 20k+ which was the heights in the years 2019 . My plans after the degree is to continue my future studies as a museum curator.

Placement Experience:

Depending on the department all departments have different percentages for placements but the minimum percentage should be 85 or above. Starting package as per company and profiles offered is 25 to 30k. I'm pursuing business after my degree.

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement.there are many companies like tech technology, airtel, Haldiram etc.and many offered were given to the students.the highest package were.40000 and the minimum were 20000.and minimum 30% of students has got the placement

Internships Opportunities:

I don't know much about the Internship opportunity but ya opportunities are available. Since the application of NEP have arrived the summer internship have been introduced that will benefit the students in many aspects like gaining knowledge about various things, etc.

Things to know Before you join Arya Vidyapeeth College, Guwahati.

Likes

Teacher's friendy behaviour with the students and also the non-teaching staffs are well behaved.
Canteen has great menu to choose from that too at low price.

Dislikes

Infrastucture of the college is not that good as it has a small campus.
Cleanliness is maintained but throughout the campus.

Internships Opportunities:

Not many opportunities are given for internships but the college does give various workshops and seminars that help the student to a good CV for internships and jobs as interns/freshers. However one can apply for extra skills such as Tally, Remote Sensing etc from the college itself at a low price.

There are no such internship opportunities available in our college for a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree where companies offer jobs to newly graduated students with a stipend which is why I always focused on my grades.

Placement Experience:

After 6-semester students are eligible for campus placement. 6 to 7 companies have come to our college and many offered were given to students. The highest package was 70000 and average were 40000 only 60% of students have got the placement. My plan after the degree is going to the medical line.

No, our college doesnot provide any Placement opportunities for the students. But, in our college we had a very dedicated placement cell who guides and conducts many training and career guidance sessions for the students which helps us a lot in our future.

Bsc degree gets no placement. Bsc degree gets no placement. We have to do MSC then PhD to get a job as a lecturer in college or we can finish our degree and apply for government job.
