The college has produced a rich and variegated alumni in its 140 years of existence. The first and foremost Nobel Laureate Sir C.V. Raman passed out of this institution. the college has all essential combinations of subjects both at Intermediate and Degree levels. It was very nice at this college. The admission fees for this are truly aggregable, like 3000. I had written an entrance exam and the facilities were very good and admirable. The application process was to fill up offline and cut off too simple a process.

I joined MRS AVN COLLEGE, it's a nice campus according to study, physical activities and cultural activities etc. But there needs an improvement in classroom development and a better playground also a library with more number of available books.

Yes, my college provide many placement in Local companies and BPOs. I am not aware any stipend.

This is the best college if you're looking to earn while you study as it is a half day college i.e., 5 hrs a day. No need of exam tensions, as there are no internal exams. The faculty are highly qualified, hence even if they take only few hours all through the year you would be learning something.
