Yes, our college provides internships to students who have an interest in their studies and do their best for both the college and the company. They are expected to actively participate in activities organized by the company in college.

Dislikes

Although there are chances that you may get selected as a lecturer in the same college in the near future.
Unfortunately, there were no campus recruitments until 2013, which caused some students to resist this college.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for interviews according to their streams. But basically, final year students are mostly eligible for interviews to start their career after studies. Various companies like Google, Microsoft, etc. came for campus interviews by providing various offers for various students according to their streams. They provide a good start package with an amount of 2-2.5 lac. per year. Many students started their careers with these companies and earn handsome salaries. My plan after my commerce degree is to become a banker and built a career in the banking sector.

Remarks:

Good - helping staff and the college is not strict in terms of attendance. Provide notes and other important questions to the students. Make whatsapp groups(official) to solve the general problems of the students. Bad - this college professors generally do not give proper assessment marks to the well performing students but give assessment on the basis of their own mood. Admission process- the admission process is simple. You just have to fill a admission form online/offline. And then a merit list of students will be generated. The admission is given on the basis of marks scored by students in 12 th standard. Dates of admission- Generally from june enrollment starts and in july students are selected. Reason- I preffered this college as I was an average student and this college does not pressurise students for study and also promotes more cultural and sports activities. Placement Experience:

1.Students become eligible to get placed in their 6th semester. 2.There is no specific percentage for getting placed.The companies will recruit the most knowledgeable students. 3.I want to do MBA finance(hons.) as my P.G.I don't want to get job after my B.Com.I want to create jobs for others after completing my MBA. 4.According to me,no one should find job after U.G course.It is better to do P.G to get good jobs.

A coin have always two sides I think my campus is good but not best. some of remarks about college management is that we need a big library and a very big cultural program hall. in last year cultural program many students were not able to entered in program.

I opted commerce because I was interested in finance,accounts and business. I chose Arya college because the commerce department of the college is one of the best available in Ludhiana and the tution fees is also affordable.

Good infrastructure overall with the free gymnasium being my favourite. The College Canteen is a little disappointing to be honest. It is a small establishment catering to student needs in a limited manner. I would like that to be improved.

Remarks:

The faculty is not experienced. The college has to hire experienced staff. Further, they have to organize seminars and job fairs for the final year students. Moreover they have to build a placement cell in the college which will adress the students queries related to job.
