Course Details

Mata Sundri College for Women offers UG program in full time mode for 3 years. BA, B.Com, B.Sc and B. Elementary Education, in general and Honours mode, is offered to Candidates. Candidates will have to participate through the DU UG admission process by registering at its official website.

Minimum aggregate of 45% marks in 10+2 level is mandatory for getting admission into MSCW. Selection will be done on the basis of merit of qualifying examination.

Cut-offs will be put up in the portal, accordingly candidates can choose the courses based on that.
Upon intimated regarding the selection status, Candidate will have to get their original documents with a set of photocopies to the college for verification
Selection will be done completely on the basis of 12th examination marks. List of selected candidates will be put up at the college notice board and at the website portal.
Payment of the admission fees has to be done and the seat is to be secured confirming the admission.

Selection Criteria for MSCW UG Courses

Candidate must check for the cut - offs of each college through the same website and follow the process given below :
Candidate has to first register through the DU online portal.
Candidates must check for the cut-offs through the same portal for the college website.
Candidate has to login to the admission portal using the credentials created during registrations and apply for the interested courses/programs based on his/her score and the cut-offs.
Candidates must take a print out of the application form along with marks sheet of 10th,11th and 12th,character certificate issued by the latest institute studied in,2 attested photos and SC/ST/PwD certificates(if available) for verification from the college.
The college will retain the original documents till the admission process. Then the confirmation of the seat will be announced through the portal.
If Candidate wishes to join another college, the college will promptly return the documents.
The approved students must pay the admission fees online within the next day.

I choose the BA program I want to give the civil services exam that's why I chose this stream of history and political help m for preparing for my mains or prelims exam. As I'm from mata Sundari college. My history subject is divided into 2 sec A and B. And political science also. My sec has 40-60 students in class. Mscw college classroom is good for 60-70 students huge big classroom. Teachers are also good at mscw college.

Course is the same as the syllabus is of 11th & 12th but with more Deep knowledge. When it comes to faculty it actually depends upon teacher to teacher so basically some are supportive and some aren't.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go in civil line that's why I chose BA program in history + political science. It's helped to balance to take knowledge from both subjects equally. The teachers are here very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are highly educated With PhDs in their field. The teaching skills of every teacher are much better than an ordinary teacher. The curriculum of this subject is designed by Delhi University. Every semester has 4 subjects, i.e.., 2 core subjects, 1 Language subject, and 1 AECC. Exams are quite difficult and 33%is passing percentage. In 12 months 2 sem were completed in first 6 months 1st term/semester was done and in another 6 months, 2nd semester was completed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BA program is multi personality course. Only course that is available for NCWEB(Non collegiate Women Education Board) Arts students. Group of students is divided by Sections, that they provide 2-3 classes of same subject at a time, so that everybody can study hassle free. Teachers are well mannered and their teaching strategies are good too.
