One of the reasons that made me choose BTech in Mechanical Engineering and to do it at the College of Engineering Perumon was that they offered to teach outside the book which helps to gain more knowledge rather than just for the academic side. The teachers usually complete the academic studies really early and use the remaining time for doubt clearance and application level studying. Exams are also conducted regularly with semester exams once during six months and even monthly tests are regularly conducted.

I like the electrical and electronics field. In our class 1:7 is the ratio. Most of the faculties are M tech graduates and some of them are Ph.D. graduates, the teaching methods of some teachers are student-friendly and some of them are horrible. In a semester there are 2 term exams and it is easy to pass.

faculty members are really helpful. Their way of teaching is highly appreciable. Many students get placed in our college. Our college placement rate is high. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, etc.

I chose this course because I am interested in learning about how a computer works and I love working on software or hardware. I chose a Bachelor of technology in computer science and engineering. there is 2 internal exam per semester and you need to attain a total of 40 marks from the internals to write the semester exam.
I loved machines, I had a passion for them it motivated me to opt for mechanical engineering, Every faculty in this esteemed institution has at least an MTech from a renowned institution, the HoDs and professors have completed Ph.D. or are pursuing Ph.D. Term exams and university exams are held on a regular interval in a timely manner strictly based on the syllabus provided. With proper training, it was pretty easy to pass these exams in flying colors. In terms of quality and strength of faculties, it never seemed to be an issue for me. The support they provide is just super good for the well-being of our students.
All faculty members are good but the infrastructure of the college needs to be improved much more. The campus is environmentally friendly and has a peaceful nature. A library facility is available and almost all useful books are available there.
Govt quota per year 35000 rupees/year which are affordable. So actually 150000 totally I paid and about 25k in the admission. So It is affordable. If students like me who are middle class group , they can approach good financial support from banks , nbfc etc.
The course fee is 35000 for general merit students. 75000 for the management seat and NRI students with additional expenses for all students. They do provide scholarships for those who cannot afford. There is the MCM scholarships, Muslim scholarship, means cum merit scholarship etc
Though there are self financing courses all seems to be feasible for everyone. If one of couldn't afford that they also ensures different scholarships. For practical studies, the amount was quite expensive however, all tried to mange it with their source of income.
The fees structure is based on the government fees structure and it only varies in the NRI seats. Based on the facilities provided the fees structure is quiet feasible. The fees structure is 65000 per year. The mode of payment is direct payment at the college office only and there is no other additional charges
