About Poddar Group of Institutions
Poddar Group of Institutions, Jaipur, popularly known as PGI is a private institute established in 1998. It is approved by the AICTE, PCI, and NCTE, and is NAAC accredited. PGI is affiliated to the University of Rajasthan, Rajasthan Technical University, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, and Rajasthan ILD Skills University. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, and diploma courses in the disciplines of Management, Art, Design, Pharmacy, Journalism, etc under different constituent colleges.
Poddar Group of Institutions has been envisioned to impart Purposeful Education from various UG and PG programs to high-end research programs thereby catering to both industry-specific and employability options. The institution was founded to bridge the gap by emphasizing on value-based programs to make students corporate-ready and train them for start-ups also.
PGI has also acquired a major project from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur and has established Biotechnology Business Incubation Centre. It has also recently received projects for “Waste Management” from ICSSR and to promote sustainability through compostable bags from NTPC. Note: Rajasthan Resident Candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC & SBC (Non-Creamy Layer) can be admitted at 5% below the minimum percentage required. Moreover, Alumni Fee is to be paid additional to the above-mentioned fees as- PGDM- Rs. 5000, MBA & MCA- Rs. 1000, Design (All Courses)- Rs. 1000, All other degree courses- Rs. 500. Fees for all yearly examination-based courses can be paid in two installments. 50% is to be paid as I installment at the time of admission & remaining as II installment before 15 October.

PGI Jaipur offers various educational scholarships to deserving, meritorious, and bright students. A brief about the same is as follows:
On Class 12 Percentage Basis (for UG courses and graduation for M.Sc Courses only)

Other Scholarships:
- BPL Card Holders will get a 10% scholarship for all three years.
- State Level Sports Achievers will be given a 5% scholarship for the first year and National Level Sports Achievers will be given a 10% Scholarship for the first year. The scholarship will be continued further if the student earns sports achievement in subsequent years too.
- Siblings of past/ existing students will get a 10% scholarship on tuition fees for the first year.
- Poddar Graduates are to be given a 20% Scholarship on admission in MCA, MA, M.Com & 10% in MBA & M.Sc. MBA and MCA scholarships will be given on RTU Fees (INR 60,000 per annum)
- Government Scholarships: Students can apply for Government Scholarships as per rules and schemes of the Government for Merit Holders, SC, ST, Minority, SBC, and OBC (BPL cardholders). The fee is reimbursed as per the rules of Govt. of Rajasthan. All other government scholarships at the state and national levels are valid and available for Poddar Students.
- B.Des Scholarship is applied on INR 1,20,000 per year. Annual fee break-up is INR 1,20,000 course fee, plus INR 55,000 add-on program fee.
Note: A student can choose only one scholarship category if he/she falls into more than one category.

There was no entrance exam for getting into bca.And there was couple of seniors who helped me out in the admission process they were literally supportive, and i have easily filled out the forms So overall admission process has been done with and ease.

My college gives us scholarship according to percentage, i have 80 percent in my 12th and i received 10 percent discount on my 50000 fees . Entrance exam also was there, so i give it very perfectly so it was tough but a good experience.

- The washrooms are very neat and clean . Class are also very neat and clean and we have very comfortable table and chair in the classroom and every classroom is air conditioned.

Scholarship provided by the college.
Poddar Group of Institutions believes in equal access to education for all irrespective of their financial or cultural limitations. It provides scholarships on various grounds to deserving students. Given below are all the scholarships provided by the group.

A- On the basis of XII percentage (for UG Courses only)

| 91% & above | 20% |
Note: The above scholarship is only for I year of Graduation, in II year, the scholarship will be on the basis of I year marks & in III year on the basis of II year marks only.
B. BPL Card Holders will get a 10% scholarship for all three years.
C. State Level Sports Achievers will be given a 5% scholarship for I year and National Level Sports Achievers will be given a 10% Scholarship for I year. This scholarship is continued in further years only if they earn sports achievements in further years too.
D. Siblings of our past/ existing students will be given a 10% scholarship for I Year of the tuition fee.
E. Poddar Graduates are to be given a 20% Scholarship on admission in MCA, MA, MCOM & 10% in MBA & M.SC. MBA and MCA scholarships will on given RTU Fees (60000 PA).
F. B.Des Scholarship is applied on INR 1,20,000 per year. Annual fee break-up is INR 1,20,000 course fee, plus INR 55,000 add-on program fee.
Note: A student can choose only one Scholarship category if he/she falls into more than one category.
Government Scholarships
Students can apply for Government Scholarships as per rules and schemes of the Government for Merit Holders, SC, ST, Minority, SBC, and OBC (BPL cardholders). The fee is reimbursed as per the rules of Govt. of Rajasthan.
NOTE:
- For Non-resident of Rajasthan, a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination are required in UOR-affiliated PG courses.
- Rajasthan Resident Candidates' belongings to SC, ST, and OBC & SBC (Non-Creamy Layer) can be admitted at 5% below the minimum percentage required.
- The exam and Enrolment Fee is additional as per the affiliated body.
- Fees for all yearly examination-based courses can be paid in two installments. 50% is to be paid as I installment at the time of admission & remaining as an II installment before 15 October.
- In semester courses like MBA & MCA, the fee has to be paid semester-wise. Further, if required, semester fees can also be divided into two installments.
