NDIM Delhi has not yet released the Final Placement Report for batch 2023. According to the statistics from the official website, 60% of the students received job offers from reputable MNCs before the commencement of the 4th Semester. A total of 250 recruiters participated in the 2023 placement drive. Infosys, Genpact, Tech Mahindra, Colgate, Reliance Jio, Accenture, and Spicejet were some of the Top Recruiters during Placement 2023.
NDIM has concluded its 2022 placement drive with 81% placements. A total of 385 students were placed. The highest salary stood at INR 12 LPA. Students received an average salary of INR 8 LPA which increased from INR 4 LPA in 2021. NDIM Placements 2022 engaged 250 recruiters. Some of the major recruiters included Genpact, Tata, ABP, HDFC, Aditya Birla Group, Airtel, Apollo, AXIS Bank, Bajaj, Bisleri, Blue Star, Cargill, Cavin Care, Taj Groups, Amazon etc.

As per the official website of NDIM, the placement season at NDIM of session 2020-2022 began as early as September of 2021 that is six months before the completion of the course.

Followed by e-commerce, engineering and manufacturing recruiting around 5 percent each; Pharma & healthcare and hospitality sector recruited 4.50% and 4.10% respectively. Advertising & media, retail, real estate and telecom, logistics and other sectors recruited the least at and around 3 percent.

By second semester end students undergo their summer internship and from third semester itself students are eligible for placements. The company that comes with the best package is Amazon for about 15 laks per annum. They offer pre placement to the students alread were selected for summer internship. For finance field some good companies that come are Deloitte, KPMG. For marketing - Dabour, Marico, HUL They all offer packages of about 5-7 laks per annum Rest companies that come offer packages for about 2.5-4 laks per annum. Around 60-70 percent of students got placed. I got placement in V2 retail company in my fourth semester.
Placement Experience:
Delhi School of Management provides good placement opportunities to all the candidate. There are a plethora of companies visiting campus to name few, KPMG, MIND-INFO, Federal Bank etc. Average package is around 6 LPA. Only drawback is that, DSM lack in mass recruiter. Although candidate get ample opportunities to show case their skill.

Placements are quite good in NDIM. Even in pandemic the placement committee is working very hard for the placements. Average of Finance is around 6 and for marketing is around 7 and for HR is generally low i.e. 4-5 lakh. Very good companies visit campus like HDFC, Blackrock, Google, Amazon, Samsung,Marico, Citi Bank, KPMG, Delloite etc.
