About ANS
Founded in 1950, Anugrah Narayan Singh College, Barh (Patna) is one of the premier institute of the region.It provides the facility to complete the higher education for under graduates and post graduate courses. Other than these courses the college runs two job based courses like B.C.A. (Bachelor of Computer Application) and ASPSM (Advertising Sales Promotion and Sales Management) etc.
Research is done in the faculty of Arts and Science department of the college. Since 01.04.1975, it is the constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. There are 15 port graduates and undergraduates departments with about 50 qualified teaching staff.
Anugrah Narayan Singh College has its own spacious campus with its attractive building, auditorium, garden and play grounds, There is vast potentiality to develop new building for opening new departments with proper expertise.

LIBRARY
The college has a vast collection of books in the library. The library acts as back bone to all academic activity. There is a collection of nearly 50000 text and reference books and near about 1000 of journals & Magazines available in the library. Reading room are spacious and fully functional for students and teacher. Xerox machine and internet facility is also provided by the library.
NATIONAL CADET CORPS(NCC)
NCC facility is also available for the students in the college. Trained teachers are deputed for it. Interested students are allowed to contact the programme officer of NCC wing for availing these facility.
NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS)
The college has started the National Service Scheme for the students to encourage them in involving themselves in college hospitality projects. The enrolled students of NSS are doing remarkable work in maintaining discipline and cleanness in the college premises.

The eligibility of the course in on the basis of cutoff. All admission process has done online through patliputra University and ANS college official website. The experience in getting admission in college is good but at the time of spot admission,there is some difficulties faced by the students which have to be improved.

Course eligibility is only you can pass 12th from any board. The application form is available on the school web sites fees structure is avg level in the school notice Application date released by the college. Reservation benefits are good for poor students they help cut off criteria and low fees. I can suggest organizing an entrance exam in collage.

The admission process is very simple if you get 60% and above in class 12th in the science stream with math you are eligible for admission. Step 1:- Bihar board announced the admission date Step2:- You fill out the admission form online and get a receipt Step3:- You get a receipt and submit the receipt offline in the college. If all things are correct congratulations you get admission.

Admission is done on a cut-off basis. Any student who wants to take admission in this college should have better marks in their board exams. Admission starts from 11th in this college. Admission is done by cut off which declare by the BSEB board. The minimum eligibility of 11th and 12th admission measure by cut off. Admission application date published by the board and university for different types of college. College also provides reservations.

College also provides UG Degree, M.Sc, degree, and PG degree. Eligibility of courses is taken by cut-off marks. We can find the application form online and we had to submit the admission form and admission fee online. First of all, we have to apply for college. On a cut-off basis, students are selected. Application dates are published by the Bihar board and college too. This college also offers reservations. We would need a caste certificate for reservation benefits and girls also get reservations in admission. Neglectable amounts are taken from girls for admission. In the admission process, I want colleges should take admission by entrance exam because admission should be done by knowledge not only marks.

The good thing about this college is that the college campus is nice. There is a physics lab, chemistry lab, botany, and zoology lab. But one bad thing is regular class is not there. But this is 2nd most top college in Bihar. Admission process for Isc is after passing 10th of any board you have to apply for merit list then your name comes in merit list then you able to take admission in this college and the admission process for bsc is same. The reason for prefeRring this college is This is near to my house and this is a good college for Isc bsc MSC and pg also.
Admission:
College is no doubted good but in recent past condition has become critical due to unavailability of the professor. A good environment is there inside the college. Infrastructure is quite good. Some very good course is available.
