Course Curriculum Overview:
Bsc(honours) Statistics is basically a root for you if you want to go in actuarial science .If you have keen interest in Data analysis then this course will definitely be a go to go for you . Kirori Mal college statistics department has very good qualified professors and a good placement report as well. Exams are held semester wise . There are three core papers in each semester which includes practical and theory exams both .

I chose this course because of the growing job opportunities in Data Science. Statistics are required everywhere. It is an undying field. The faculty is decent. All teachers have PhDs but not every teacher teaches well. I can't speak for other courses but statistics is a difficult course and it was difficult to pass offline exams. There are too many internal and practical exams that are closely packed.

It's good.latest syllabus of all the subjects specially those which we all need in this corperate world.the exposure is atmost.the facilities provided is good. faculties are great.and specially the computer science faculties.

One of my friends suggested me to opt statistics, and I also found it quite interesting There were about 60 students in our class and the faculty was quite experienced Most of the faculty had a PhD degree and a lot of experience of teaching We had internals and semester exams and if we are regular in class then they were not a hard nut to crack
