My honest review about KMM COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE

Likes

If we talk about infrastructure we have football turb, badminton court, library, garden etc
We have good and friendly faculty and they are open towards us in both academic and real life

Dislikes

The road will be busy that is a small problem but will not affect that much

Hostel Facilities:

Table, chair, cot, fan, window etc are provided in the hostel room Good food in the menu Advance fee of Rs 2500 and monthly rent 3000 We have hostel located in near the college campus with 24X7 warden and security

Hostel Facilities:

I have not opted for hostel facility since the college was only 15-16km away from my home.But some of my friends opted it in the first year but later move on to other PGs since college hostel doesn't provide even basic facilities like good food etc.Boys hostel & canteen is now owned by a private team.Girls hostel is working fine.

Likes

The teachers some of them are very much friendly which is a really good thing. They help you in many ways.
The classrooms are spacious and there is no shortage of electricity.

Dislikes

The canteen could have been better and also the food.
The washrooms also are not that spacious and also not clean.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facility is very poor. The room only has a cot and a bed and nothing more. There is only one fan for s huge room and there is no privacy also. The food provided is also very poor. There is not much variety of food available and the taste is also very poor. The registration process is not that hard you just have to fill a form and pay the money. It is easy to find a pg in that locality and would recommend getting into a pg rather than the hostel.

There are a lot of good teachers in the collage
There are a lot of course we can choose .

Dislikes

Sport's isn't considered that much imp in this collage
The management doesn't provide funds to conduct any programs

Campus Life:

Actually speaking about club activities and other events and all , im pretty disappointed to say that compared to other collages kmm is pretty far back , the management doesn't support u at all and the students have to make up all the expenses and everything.

Academic performance is good especially the teaches and our lab experience is so good.
Canteen one of the most presious one food vada chaya.

Dislikes

Campuse atmosphere is so bad and no space.
The toilet facilities and bad disposal is so bad.

The first social group and club on our college campuses first one is NSS. NSS is a social-oriented process and social works like building new houses and shelters the backward people and any educational helps.

Just a School-type College

Campus Life:

During Last semester a Fest was conducted. All types of activities were included, but funding was limited. The college has only a small library but has daily 6 newspapers both in English and Malayalam. Classrooms are normal like in Schools. Only some were smart. Sports was for namesake as the college did not have a ground. Some clubs are there and once we collected funds to give for an old-age home.

The truth is the building was built to be a hospital but the owner didn't get sanction and had to make it into a college and its evident when we get in the college We really feel like we are in a hospital.
