If we talk about the placement of the college then it is very good. Students of 7th sem can be sit in the placement cell . If we talk about the companies which comes in the college in the placement cell are tata cipla Glenmark and many more pharmaceuticals company are coming Every year 15to 20 companies are come and give a jobs . They take many students here . If we talk about the number of the candidates who get placed a placement in companies. IT is 60 to 70% placement in college. And my after the graduation is MR in Nestle.
One thing is for sure, the pharmacy department is well known for its campus placement. Almost everyone gets placed it's lie 100% placement, but not with a good package its a very low package to start your career with. Only a few students (6-10) out of 100 get a chance to get placed in NESTLE company with a good package
Campus placements are the best here the college ranks as 2nd in placements. There are on campus placements here and a fair amount of students get their placements directly from the college itself and there are numerous well renowned companies that visits the campus each and ever single year to hire up the students .
From semester 8th the students in the college become eligible for the placements. There are numerous companies that visit the campus including Glenmark pharma, and so on the highest package has been around 20k and the avg package is around 10-12 k. I am planning to open up a medical store in near future too with the license I'll be getting
This college has the best placement record in Madhya Pradesh. This college is tied up with Tata consultancy. There are numbers of company visit during placement time among which some big company are listed below Cipla, Zydus, Lupin, Nestle, Glenmark, Tata, Aurobindo and many more. This college assured 100% placement. The highest on-campus placement was 6.5 lakh per year in 2020 and the lowest was 2.4 lakh. The starting is low in all pharmacy college or say in the pharma field but after some time it increases rapidly. The maximum student placed in the industry in the field of quality and control, and quality analysis. Very few students choose fieldwork.
Pros: The director of the institute is a very well known personality in pharma field. The college is a very much dedicated to generate a batch of professional with punctuality, and professional dressing and grooming quality. They also organise a tour party after educational tour in which faculties serve students at college that is the best part for me.They provide all the facilities for practical works. Cons: the examination pattern is of no worth. You tend to learn less and train more in this institute. The major drawback of this institute involves irrelevant fines and fees for like ANYTHING.They charge for being absent, for approving no dues form, for repairing water cooler, for cultural events, educational tours, for blazer, and even for gifting institute while you leave the college after graduation against your will. The principal is RUDE and unprofessional towards both the students and faculties.
My college has many good remarks but has only one bad remark is attendance.
A well-disciplined atmosphere of the college. The student has to follow all the rules and regulations of the college. All the faculties are well experienced and management of the department is also good. Labs are fully equipped.
