Likes
- Great campus life. Everyone gets single rooms, so theres privacy and flexibility to fo things at your own pace.
- Engagement activities in terms of fests, committees on campus. Everyone gets a chance to participate in varius events catering to their likes and dislikes.
Dislikes
- A certain lack of transparency regarding the placements policies and process.
- The hunger for more students and contant construction on campus. All free and green spaces are used for more rooms constructed which just deteriorates the quality of life there.
Campus Life:
The campus life in terms of engagement was quite good. They have couple of famous events like EV which is the annual cultural fest and Maxi Bazaar which is a disguised research project. Apart from these there are about 25 committees on campus run by students spanning various interests and specialties. The campus is well-quipped with two gyms, a football ground, a cricket ground, basketball courts, badminton courts, table tennis rooms, and a pool room. As mentioned before we have a 23*7 library with unlimited access to resources. The technology in classrooms is good, each dest having it's own electric portal and LAN port.
Likes
- Campus Life is amazing, lots of activities
- Hostel Facility is clean and quite good.
Dislikes
- It's very hectic, sometimes you have to function on very little sleep
- It is not very affordable, the fees is on the higher end
Campus Life:
Campus Life is quite good. Many clubs and committees means that events happen every other day. Hostel is kept clean, you will have single rooms, washing machines on each floor. There are eateries, a salon, dry cleaning services, a cobbler, etc on campus itself.
Likes
- Campus life which is filled with events committee work and parties
- Certain professors are extremely good at their job
Dislikes
- Unnecessary restrictions imposed on adults like curfews after 11 pm. Lack of freedom to go out
- Attendence criteria which is only 4 classes allowed to miss per subjectbin a trimester
Campus Life:
There are a lot of extra curriculars, committee activities and events. Every week, there is something or the other happening. Classrooms are failrly well equipped with AC, projector, speakers, microphones, cushioned executive chairs.
Likes
- The classrooms are well equipped with state of the art infrastructure
- There are multiple canteens in the campus serving till late night
Campus Life:
XLRI Jamshedpur's major annual fests are the EV and MAXI Fair. There are many student-run committees each having their own fests. The classrooms are fully airconditioned and all necessary amenities are provided. The library has ample books needed for the course.

- Peers from diverse backgrounds, The ability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines
Dislikes
- Overall not much to dislike. Mess food and medical facilities can be improved. Steps are being taken by the administration to do so.
Campus Life:
Annual Fest is known as Ensemble Valhalla There is a central library having an array of journals and books. More details can be found here: acad.xlri.ac.in/library/ Classrooms are spacious with proper airconditiong. XLRI has 30+ committees clubs and interest groups. They conduct events throughout the year. - Brand image of the college is very good. Every aspirant and industry veteran knows about it.
- Alumni network or XL Mafia is very vast and helpful.
Dislikes
- It becomes humid during Summers so some people might not like it.
- Unavailability of an airport in Jamshedpur causes inconvenience.
Campus Life:
We have annual Management and Sports fest in the month of November , called Ensemble Valhalla. While we have another marketting fest known as Maxi in the month of January. Both the bests boasts of a variety of competitions and top perfomers from the industry. Library is fully equipped with all the books you will ever need. It also have subscription of all the world class Journals. All the classroom are equipped to teach digitally as well as traditionally with comfortable seating and ergonomics. College has two gymnasium, a Futsal court, one indoor badminton court, two basket ball, two tennins one vollyball court. TT facilities are there in the sports complex as well as at hostel. A lot of club and activities ensured smooth and active life of students in the campus

- Great atmosphere and surrounding as whole campus is lush green.
- Sports is taken very seriously here and you get to have top notch fields and indoor arenas.
Dislikes
- The outdoor area of jamshedpur is very small and the things to visit in jharkhand are less.
- The weather in july and sept is very moist and bad.
Campus Life:
Campus Life is very good. There is a fest every month and competitions every week. There are 20 formal and informal committees which makes the process very entertaining. There is one famous line here that goes "Trust the process".

Campus Life:
XLRI campus life is a roller-coaster ride. The hostels are well furnished with study tables, wardrobes, etc. There are many clubs that the students can join as per their interests or hobbies. The clubs are divided into Functional, Co-Curricular, Extra-Curricular, and Interest Groups. XLRI boasts about its state-of-the-art infrastructure including the library which contains both digital and physical copies of the books along with two Learning Centres where classes are being held. Each class have proper amenities like Projectors, central AC, etc. to help in the proper conduction of classes.

Campus Life:
Campus life is worth living. After all the hectic classes conducted in Learning Centers throughout the day, the evenings spent at Dadu's, Campus Café, and Bishu's are ones I can never forget. There are multiple E-journals, HBR articles, Euromonitor, research papers, etc. facilities available in the library as the budget spent per student is around INR 1L. The college is spread across 50 acres with four main hostel buildings, residential facilities for the faculty, and an International Center for visitors on the campus. There are multiple clubs and social groups like SIGMA and Samarthya for students promoting giving back to society. EV fests and MAXI fairs are the big events conducted by inviting various artists and colleges for multiple competitions, especially in sports and marketing.

- Intense competition and rivalry for even the smallest things
- Extreme money mindedness of students where every thing is seen in terms of the return it offers
Campus Life:
The campus life at XLRI is quite lively and student-driven. The annual cultural fest Ensemble Valhalla is conducted in the month of November and sees healthy participation from students. Apart from this, every committee conducts its own flagship event which tests students' skills and stamina throughout the year. The Jahangir Gandhi memorial library houses a collection of books and journals which can be accessed both offline as well as online. Students are offered subscriptions to case studies and publications from around the business world. The classes for the first year are conducted in Learning Centre 2 which offers a number of facilities such as AC classrooms, a mic for students and teachers alike, etc. Facilities for basketball, football, and tennis are available inside the campus. A committee like FIREAX, SAPPHIRE, and DRACULA gives ample opportunity to students to showcase team building. XLRI houses its own investment fund managed by students themselves.
