Placements are good considering the fees which is charged by XISS. The overall ROI is great and most of the big MNCs and organisations come for the college placements. It completely depends on the individual how he/she cracks the interview. College gives everyone the opportunity to sit for the placement process

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.
Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th trimester Visiting companies include ICICI Prudential,Tata AIG,Tata Steel Downstream, Whirlpool, among others. So far, almost 50% students have been placed. The percentage of students getting placed every year is more than 85%. My plan is to get placed in a reputed company after getting my degree.

My Fate, I just slipped in the name of the college, 'social service'. Never do that mistake. That too if u r experienced, Please do not even see the college website. I chose rural management, funny. 75 students in a class. 6-7 faculty in the department. Half of the faculty doesn't speak proper English. There is a lady called Aditi who is placement coordinator. She cannot speak a word in English. She is the placement coordinator.... just imagine situation of the placement. In the second year of the college, from each department, a placement representative will be selected through election. All the PRs should work under her. That's the horrible part. She is a coordinator but acts like a gangster. U cannot call her with name. In 2020, that too a professional course, u cannot call anybody with name. Same old slave mentality. U should call by mam and sir. She ruined my entire second year because I was a non hindi speaking student. Teaching faculties are well qualified but 1940-50 methodologies
Talking about the placement although, I am in the first year itself and I had asked to senior they told me that yes there are get placed but if you are looking for major big companies such as KPMG, Goldman Sachs etc which not come in the college but yes get some good companies to start with.
There are so many companies came, all students tried well I am luckily not participating I will take part in next year. The Percentage of students getting placement is 85 plus, but my percentage is 82, I will work hard on the next sitting.
From the 4th trimester students are eligible for placements. There are a lot of companies that visited but it is not so dynamic. Personally, I don't feel the campus placements are so good. And I would suggest switching for better options for pursuing PGDM.
All because of placement record, good infrastructure, and previous academics, I decided to opt for PGDM in Marketing program. And the admission process of this college follows several steps like I filled to application form and paid the application fee. And the. Based on the marks obtained in undergraduate and CAT exam, I was called for final admission round which was GD and PI rounds. Post completion, the final merit list was prepared in which my scores and performance was considered. And lastly, I saw my name in the list and took admission by paying the fee.
I decided to choose this Institute because it is one of the good colleges to study at and my education counselor also suggested me to apply here for better opportunities. Also, after doing research, I found that it has a pretty good placement records, curriculum, and faculty. After making up mind, I paid INR 2000 and submitted my application form online through the official website of the college.
It's one of the best college to do your MBA from. Also the stream which I have chosen is Rural Management and XISS is one of the top colleges to offer this course. The placement (as of last year) was 100% and very good companies are the the recruiters.
