Xiss believes in producing "Professionals with a difference". The college grooms each individual to become professionals with an attitude to give back more to the society while being responsible professional citizen.Convenience - It is located in my hometown.ROI is good. The college has huge alumini base.
All good overall I can say. No negative point from my end.
College has a centre placement committee to look after the overall placement. However each department has its own placement committee. RM Programme has 100% placement since last many years. The organizations come for placement are mainly NGO,CSR and NBFC-MFI
It is one of the best colleges in Ranchi, right from its education to placement everything is perfect over here. They take care of every individual student, their grooming, the quality of education, boost every individualâ??s confidence. Alumni connection is quite strong and they are at excellent places
Everything is good except hidden fee structure besides one thing which is best is social field work which allows students to work for deprived sections
The college is very economical. The return on investment is great. Faculty support is also good. The infrastructure is limited which is compensated by the college being at a central location Aka heart of the city. The lalpur area is nearby where people come to try out the eateries and shop a little. Neuclus mall is just nearby which is the largest mall of Ranchi and a hotspot for hanging out of the young generation.
Yes campus is too small but its ok otherwise it is good.
It's one of the best colleges in India for the specialization in hour with the bestcROI one can get. The only negative remark I would like to give for is the infrastructure of the college which is not that great.
My journey with the XISS was filled with many highs and lows. I did my PGDM in Human Resource Management from the college. It was fun 2 years, where we learned the practical implications and management of resource management and appropriately managing the manpower of an organization. We were constantly reminded that the in India is in need of resurrection and people like us are responsible for it.
I took admission to the MBA program at XISS College on the bases of the CAT Scores. I was called for the Interview process, which was a lengthy business. A panel of three people took my Interview. After that, I got admission to the college.
