Uttaranchal Institute of Technology (UIT) is situated in the city of Dehradun, Uttaranchal. The college is affiliated to Uttaranchal University.

The admission in B.Tech is done on the basis of rank secured in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). UIT Dehradun M.Tech and M.Sc Admission 2024
At postgraduate level, UIT Dehradun offers two courses such as Master of Science (M.Sc) in Industrial Chemistry and Master of Technology (M.Tech) in six different specializations. The courses offered are for a duration period of two years each. Intake capacity depends upon the nature of courses.
Candidates seeking admission in M.Tech need to appear in General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). Apart from the entrance test, the candidate must have qualified his / her Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with minimum required marks. UIT Dehradun B.Sc Admission 2024
Apart from B.Tech, M.Tech and M.Sc, the college also offers Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in various specializations such as Agriculture, Forestry, Food Technology and Horticulture. The intake capacity and duration period for depends upon the nature of specializations.
Admission to the above mentioned courses, candidates must have successfully completed 10+2 level or equivalent in concerned subjects. Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks scored in 10+2 level. Failing to meet the eligibility criteria will lead to the elimination of the candidates from the admission process.

I see their infrastructure is very good and decent On their website placement are very good and they told 76% students got placed but in real very few students got The opportunities to get placement.i didn't get any rejection from any college .

- Campus is quite big and breathable. A full 10/10.
- Foodcourt and Nescafe are the best place to hangout.
Dislikes
- Teachers are not of that level all are young without any experience.
- They don't do much of fests etc. But overall good one.
Admission:
I have applied for SIT Darjeeling and Symbiosis Pune .I got a confirmed seat in SIT.But that was in my hometown I just want to explore other state I got a rejection from symbiosis college because I was not performed in JEE exam. Just apply online or come at collyvuildinh to apply during May to sept. Then come to college give registration fees and then u will get a seat.Tgere is no other specific exam for our college entrance.

i chose this college because of affordability other colleges were vosting me 10 more lacs which was out of affordability so i chose this college admission process was not that hard much was done on phone only

eligibility was to have science stream in 12th and should have passed in all subjects . application was found online and fees of application was 1400 . there are only one mid and end sem level is moderate one can score 8+ cgpa easily as of such there are no suggestion they are pretty transparent in addmission procedure

- I really like the faculty they have in UIT they all are well qualified from good institutions
- I really like the games and extracurricular activities held in college
Dislikes
- Most of the companies are just for computer branch as they are Ed tech companies
- They have best food court where u can get any type of food in good rates but the hostel food is not upto mark always
Admission:
The admission process is based on merit basis and the students having Uttarakhand domicile they have to pay around 20000 less than the other students. They have their entrance exam also through which u can get admission

- Almost everything in my college are good, like our faculty members are very supportive.
- There are many facilities provided by the campus
Dislikes
- Our lectures are regularly arranged in a chain, there is no break in between of our first four lectures
- Placement system is too weak as it only provides average package upto 6 lakh
Admission:
I'll opt for the course of btech in the field of computer science and engineering. The eligibility for this course is simple you have mainly opted for Science as a main subject in your high school which mainly (PCM) you should have, hence it will help you in your future plans and your career. In our college, there is a special department for the job of all kinds of admission-related queries and processes like application forms, fees, infrastructure, and scholarships. Basically, the process of admission is run very efficiently and in a proper manner, so according to me, there is no need to change any thing.
