My course is Economics Honours. While I hada knack for this course for around 4 years before joining college, choosing it at Hindu involved factors like their intense curriculum and the practical subject matter that they were teaching. I'm two semesters in and I've already used some of the concepts taught in consulting projects that I've worked on. It prepared me well for the outside world and gave me enough confidence. Some improvements that I'd suggest are incorporating online sessions for core subjects once a week as it would really help students to get caught up. As far as the exams are concerned, they are really good. The continuous assessments that are held every week make it easier to complete the syllabus so the final papers don't feel that terminal.

Due to recession the previous year the companies that visited weren't big tech yet they offered decent placements. Economics is known for its placement and cream students and especially the North campus of University of Delhi.

There is not much change in the course curriculum as compared to the earlier curriculum. 50:1 approx Teaching method of most of the teacher's of Hindu College is amazing and you can even expect to get the help of the faculty at any time you face the problem. It's very easy the pass the exams in DU if you have scored good marks even in internals then you will easily pass the exams.
The students become eligible for placements after 4th semester and a lot of companies visited like Google, PWC, bain co, and de Shaw and more than 100 offers were made. About 70% of students got placed. My plan is to sit for placements after graduation.
Students become eligible for the campus placements after 6th semester and a lot of companies visited last year and around 100 offers were made to the students the highest package was more than 19 lpa and average packages around 7 to 8 lpa around 95% students that placed my plans after getting at the degrees to do a job in corporate.
Hindu college provides good placements, with an average of 6 LPA salaries. I haven't applied for placements as I am planning to continue my higher studies after graduation. My classmates received offer letters from companies like Accenture, Microwave, Byjus, Decathlon, etc. The packages will be within 3-12 LPA. 3/10 students who applied got placed in our batch. Also, students got admission to various foreign universities like Oxford, Cambridge, etc.
Students become eligible for campus placement after 4 th semester and a large no. Of companies visit every year for placement and last year. As most of the students want to pursue higher studies afte bachelor's degree instead of getting placed but those who appear for interview most of them get selected. The highest package provided last year was around 20 lpa and average is 8 lpa. I am planning to pursue masters in economics after completion of my bachelor's degree.
The reason why I chose them was simple in itself due to the business run by my father I back in my home town I just want to help in it. brief about faculty: student ratio is that it is good like 30 students per teacher.

The Highest package is around 20 lpa and average ranges from 7-8 lpa. Around 100% of students get placed in my course. I will go for higher studies for masters after this.
