TAPMI Placements 2024: Average Package: INR 13.84 LPA & Highest Package: INR 32.02 LPA
TAPMI placements for the batch of 2024 is concluded. TAPMI highest package stood at INR 32.02 LPA whereas TAPMI average package stood at INR 13.84 LPA. Post-program Salary has been increased by 4.2 times for MBA Students compared to Pre-program Salary. TAPMI BKFS average package stood at INR 12.97 LPA and TAPMI MBA HRM average package stood at INR 12.77 LPA & INR 13.35 LPA for the MBA Marketing students. The placement drive engaged more than 90 recruiters. Major recruiters included Accenture, AB Inbev, Capgemini, Cognizant and many more.

How good is the TAPMI MBA? How are the placements there?
In my opinion, University of Dubai is recognized by the AASCB, but it doesn't have a campus because it's still being built (Dubai Academic City), and there's no clear information about its placement rates.
Aside from this, another important thing to think about is ROI. According to what I know, if someone gets a job that pays AED8,000 but doesn't cover housing and food, it will take at least three years for the money to pay off.
Another factor is Dubai Visa Regulations. If you can stay there for a long time, I think it all depends on the company that pays for your visa. I asked a few of my friends who work in Dubai, and they said it's good if the job comes with housing and food. Lastly, I would suggest that you think about the things I've described above before signing up for the course.

TAPMI has very good faculty in all the subjects. IT was and is a major recruiter here. It also gives tough competition to Consulting. So, IT and Consulting are the major specializations opted by the last batch followed by BFSI. But if you have a specialization in mind go for that and don’t just depend on statistics.

It seems you are unsure about the branch you are interested in. Both PGDM and HR are diverse branches and one needs to first determine the field they are interested in only then they can make a sound decision.
If you are interested in HR, then choose XIMB HR without any second thoughts. It's the best HR program in the country. However, it's important to note that in this field your academics and profile building matter more than anything. Xavier School of HRM will provide ample opportunities for you.
An MBA in HR requires you to scale up for which you need a better skill set and a better learning experience that you can get at XIMB and not Tapni. However, if you are unsure of your interests, go for a PGDM in Tapmi.

The top recruiters at TAPMI Manipal for placement offers are Airtel, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, Kotak Bank, Mahindra, Optum with average package of INR 14.6 lpa.
The placement drive engaged more than 100 recruiters. Major recruiters included Accenture, AB InBev, Capgemini, HCL, Cognizant, and many more. The highest package of INR 23.43 LPA was offered by Salesforce followed by Accenture Consulting which offered the package of INR 24.8 LPA. A total of 69 recruiters made placement offers in the placement drive of 2023 at TAPMI.
