I had applied for Jain (Deemed-to-be University), St. Joseph's University, Symbiosis School of Economics, Christ (Deemed-to-be) University and Dr B R Ambedkar School of Economics. I got confirmed admissions from Jain, St. Joseph's University, and Christ University. I chose this college over the others due to its reputation and the proximity to my area of residence. I got rejected from Dr BR Ambedkar School of Economics as I did not fulfill the eligibility criteria. When I had applied in 2022, the admission process was in two stages: Selection test, followed by interview and document verification. The cutoff for the test was the college's discretion. We had to have an aggregate of atleast 50% in our class 12 exams to apply. The overall admissions were smooth.

I mainly chose this college due to its central location and recommendation from my seniors I didn't go for symbiosis as it was on the more expensive side and didn't go for christ as it is much stricter and the entrepreneurship course was unavailable , Joseph's also has a more lenient attendence policy

I would have taken sports management and done it in IISM Mumbai. I chose SJCC because it is closer to my house. Travelling and communication would be easy rather than me going to another state. SJCC is a place where I'm familiar with the staff and other students who would make sure I am not alone. It is situated in a place I am very familiar with. The surroundings is very convenient for food and getting transport facilities
