SDMIMD offers various PG courses in different management specializations. The institute also offers courses like MDP & PhD. SDMIMD Admission to most courses is based on entrance exam scores. SDMIMD Admission to the PGDM program is based on scores from the CAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, and XAT exams. Meanwhile, admission to the PhD is based on the NET, UGC-JRF, Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET), or PhD entrance conducted by the University of Mysore, followed by a personal interview.

SDMIMD offers admission to PGDM, a 2-year full-time Diploma course. SDMIMD offers. The institute also offers a lot of ADD-ON certification programs during the course. SDMIMD has a total of 240 seats for the PGDM course.
SDMIMD PGDM Eligibility & Selection Criteria
SDMIMD Admission to the PGDM course is mainly based on scores of CAT / CMAT / MAT / ATMA / XAT. However, to be eligible for this course, candidates must have maintained a minimum aggregate of 50% consistently from 10+2 through graduation in any discipline recognized by the UGC or AIU.

SDMIMD Admission to the PhD program is conducted by the SDM Research Centre for Management Studies, which is affiliated with the University of Mysore.
SDMIMD PhD Eligibility & Selection Criteria
SDMIMD Admission to the PhD program is mainly based on entrance exam scores, followed by a personal interview. Candidates should have completed an MBA or any other master's degree from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 55% & above. Additionally, candidates should have qualified for any national-level examination like NET or UGC-JRF or state-level exams like the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) or PhD entrance conducted by the University of Mysore to be eligible for the SDMIMD Admission to the PhD program.
SDMIMD Admission Process 2025
The SDMIMD admission process is conducted in an online mode. SDMIMD Admission to the PG course is mainly based on entrance exam scores. Candidates can appear for exams like CAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, and XAT for PGDM. For PhD, the institute accepts the scores of NET, UGC - JRF and KSET or the entrance exam conducted by the University of Mysore, followed by a personal interview.
