LIBA Chennai Placements 2023 is concluded with 100% placements. The participation batch received 177 placement offers among which 20% were pre-placement offers. LIBA Chennai average package increased by about 7.1% to INR 11.6 LPA whereas LIBA Chennai highest package stood at INR 20.5 LPA. A total of 59 recruiters including 21 new recruiters participated in the placement drive. I was received many placement offers from 5th semester i.e Final year. I was placed in top companies like HCL, HDFC, and Justdial. Around 80% placement will be given in the College. Placement office and team is hardworking in getting students job

With almost100 % Placements are decent with average CTC of 8 to 9 LPA and median of around 8 LPA. Some of the big brands are Deloitte Asian paints city bank city Corp wipro infosys Britannia kpmg Byjus etc. Mostly sales and marketing roles are dominant.

Summer intership placements have been started and so far received 3 companies. Google came with highest intership stipend i.e. 96,000/- per month. Alumni network is very strong and all the alumni from the first batch are still in contact with the college.

Many companies visit the campus to hire students with a decent and good salary package. LIBA also maintains a good alumni network, from which we get motivation and guidance.

LIBA is bringing in lots of placement opportunities. They have also made internship as mandatory by which many students get PPO during their internship itself. Previous year Asian Paints have recruited for the highest salary package of 1500000. They have a Alumni committee which has constant contact with the alumnus.

College usually offers, internships, exchange programs, on-campus opportunities. Students who opted in for placements will be allowed for attending interview, who should secured more than 75 percentage as cumulative.

Yes there is placements options from this college. But since my course was a Part time evening course unfortunately we did not have this option and could not get benefitted. But the students from the day college had much benefits. Top IT companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, CTS & IBM had come in to choose the best candidate from the full time course batch students. Salary offered was starting 5 - 7 Lakhs.
Placement Experience:
In LIBA, we have a placement committee consisting of students headed by a faculty. They provide with the placement information like the company being visited and its requirements, salary etc. The placement committee is selected after conducting various rounds. All the big companies like Deloitte, HSBC, ICIC, Bank of America, CITI, Federal, Amazon, Infosys, WIPRO visits our campus. We have a strong Alumini network and almost all the students will get placed during the final placements.
