What's New in IBS?
IBS Jaipur MBA admissions are based on IBSAT. The IBSAT 2024 registrations have started for 2025 admission and the last date to register is expected to be in the third week of December 2024. The exam is scheduled for December 28 & 29, 2024.
IBS is also conducting IBSAT National Mock Test series to help applicants prepare for the IBSAT. There will be 8 mock tests conducted from August 31, 2024, to December 07, 2024. Those appearing for the mock tests will be eligible for the prize money. A total of 100 prizes will be awarded with the top 3 prizes being INR 1 Lakh, INR 50K and INR 25K respectively and 97 additional prizes of 5K each. Registration for the mock tests is free.
The notification for the CAT, NMAT and XAT exams has been released.

The last date to apply for the CAT exam is September 13, 2024. The admit card will be made available from November 5, 2024, and the exam will take place on the 4th Sunday of November, i.e., November 24, 2024. Students can visit @iimcat.ac.in and register for the same. The results are expected to release in January of next year.

The last date to apply for the XAT exam is yet to be released. However, the deadline for the registration as well as the Admit Card will be made available from December, 2024. The Exam will take place on January 5, 2025. Students can visit the official XAT website for the same.

The last date to register for NMAT 2024 is October 10, 2024, and the exam is scheduled for November 05, 2024, to December 20, 2024.

ICFAI Bussiness School (IBS) Jaipur offers admission to the MBA program. Candidates with a Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University will be eligible for admission to the course.
- Admission to MBA will be based on the performance in IBSAT conducted by the IBS Jaipur.

ICFAI Business School offers a full-time two-year MBA program. Candidate with Graduation degree in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for the reserved category candidates) in aggregate from a recognized University and have also qualified IBSAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ NMAT. Admission to the programme will be based on the marks secured in the entrance exam and considering their performance in Micro Presentation and Personal Interview round conducted by ICFAI Business School.

A master’s degree holder in a relevant subject is the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for Ph.D. The admissions will be done on the basis of the IBSAT score. Selected candidates are invited for Micro Presentation and PI rounds. Final admission will be granted on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination, Work Experience, Statement of Purpose and Thesis Presentation.

IBS Jaipur Ph.D. Selection Criteria:
Admission to Ph.D. will be based on the performance in the entrance examination and micro presentation followed up by the interview.
- Candidate will be selected on the basis of the marks secured in the qualifying examination for the entrance examination.
- CAT/GMAT/NET/JRF qualified candidates will be exempted from the entrance examination.
- Qualified candidates of IBSAT will be called for the micro presentation.
- Selected students will have to appear for the interview.
IBSAT Pattern:
IBSAT is an aptitude test conducted by the Institute for admission to the courses offered. The test will be of 2 hours. The paper will be divided into four sections i.e, Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Data Adequacy & Data Interpretation.
IBSAT paper consists 140 questions in total which are multiple-choice questions.

IBS Jaipur How to Apply?
The application form for admission in MBA or Ph.D. offered by IBS Jaipur. The application fee of INR 1800/-can be submitted through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card for online submission and cash can be paid for offline form submission.
Offline Application:
- Purchase the application form from the Marketing office of IBS.
- On the purchase of the application form, you will receive an application number and password.
- Login with the application number and password given on the scratch card and fill the mandatory details.
- Within seven days IBS will send the admission bulletin to the students.
Online Application:
- Visit the official website of IBS https://www.ibsindia.org/ibs-jaipur/
- Register through email and phone numbers.
- Pay the application fee of INR 1800/- through Credit/ Debit card or through Net-Banking,
- Receive an email regarding the application number and password.
- Fill the application form
- IBSAT bulletin will be dispatched by IBS within seven days from the date of filing the application form.
IBS Jaipur Scholarships
Merit Scholarships based on past academic record:
Students will be awarded merit scholarships based on the percentage of aggregate marks achieved in the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent). The scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining the minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester.

The main reason for me choosing this college over other colleges is the placements provided at the campus. The University has been able to provide 100 per cent placements over the years and was a very promising aspect to consider. The admission was done on the basis of the competitive exam, Group discussion and the interview.

In order to get admission in this institution which is one of the best business institutions, the student should have completed Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English. They will have to give the entrance exam CAT and Candidates who have qualified are called for the selection process.

Firstly, candidates who wants to apply in this institute, can get the application form from the college's own website. Candidates 's previous merit will determine their admission in this college. There isn't any interview taken though.

Admissions are simply on the basis of merit and no entrance test is required. I downloaded the application form from the official website and applied with all of my academic details. Students are then invited for the interview round. And after that a final merit list is prepared on the basis of Academic record, participation in sports and extracurricular activities.

The entire admission process is pretty smooth. I applied to the college via online mode. I filled out my class 12 marks, graduation marks and uploaded the documents with my application. After getting shortlisted I was invited for the interview round which was pretty intense. They grilled me on the topics from my graduation and my managerial skills. Overall it went well and I was granted admission.
