GITAM Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam ranked 33rd by Outlook, 37th by Week & 33rd by Business Today. The institute performed well despite the pandemic challenges during its online placement process of 2021.
The students managed to bag the highest CTC package of INR 12 LPA during its placement drive of 2021. A total of 40 corporate recruiters visited the campus & placed 225 MBA students.
Top recruiters like ICICI Bank, Accenture, Federal Bank, Exide Industries, HDFC Ltd etc participated in the placement process.

After doing graduation you are available for application placement at least after the 5th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Infosys, Amazon etc and so many local companies. 70 lakh is the height package and 5 lakh is the lowest one 60- 75 per cent of people will get placement. Applying for placement and getting job opportunities

When compared to its earlier batches, packages and companies appearing the college has been considerably decreased. We can say it will be sure a reason of uncertainty and pandemic. Highest package is Talent Sprint with 8L. 80% of students got placed till Feb and I don't know about pool B placements.

Company visited to campus and conduct interview then they select from the merit and there must be 10 group discussion.

The placement opportunities of our college were pretty good, almost all the students were placed in campus recruitment. More than 80% of the placement were placed. Our college also provides internships with a stipend of around 5K per month, it depends on the companies.

The placement cell in our college organized workshops, tests, mock tests, etc.for the students for recruitment. Companies like Bandhan Bank, Big Bazaar, HDFC Bank, HDFC Life | ICICI, etc.visited our college and the highest CTC was 9 LPA and the average was 5 LPA.

Yes, all the eligible Gitam MBA students batch 2017-18 had achieved almost 100% placements and highest package was 12.1 lakhs per annum by Amazon. And now 80% of our seniors i.e. 2018-19 batch has already been placed and companies are still visiting for the rest 20% students. Till now the average package for our seniors is 5.52 lakhs per annum and highest package is 9 lakhs per annum offered by Walmart.

Yes college provides many job opportunities in the form of campus placements And college even provides internships opportunity by bringing companies to the college And the recruitment process takes place depending upon the companies requirements

Yes, our super senior got placed in many companies like Deloitte, Colgate, etc. With an average package of 20000 to 25000 Per month. Around 250 to 300 members got the job and many were trying from outside. They think they can get more amount when they go outside for a job interview.

Usually MBA candidates get placed well, BBA has less oppurtunity compared to MBA. MBA placements were too good. The Average package was 6 Lakhs per Annum. Companies like ICICI Bank, Amazon, Deloitte, etc. The highest package is 12 lakhs per Annum By Amazon.
