The internship opportunity was provided by the college itself and I got a stipend as well, different companies come for internship projects on the campus itself. my internship gave the a brief exp in market research.
I got the opportunity to work with the Panasonic India Delhi office as an intern with no stipend but have extensive experience. The internship will be provided by the college and stipends depend on companies. The projects also depend on your TL as per what he/she wants the outputs. Ex; I was in the sales team of Panasonic mobile so i was asked to do market research on the downfall on Panasonic phones as compared to Oppo/Vivo. So the project and tasks depend on the TL.
For internships many companies come on campus gd pi takes place bug names like Deloitte comes and take 2 students only like this but everyone gets internships easily in Balaji. Various roles are offered different projects for different candidates finance, marketing research, etc. My project was related to finance excel work route cost analysis my senior helped me by giving clarity about the project. Then my project and everyone has to give a presentation after coming to college in their project what they did in an internship.
Average package is good considering the amount of students in a particular batch. Companies coming up are also good and students get placed easily.
The placement of the college is average.the average package of the college goes about 5.5-6 lakh per annum
I did my internship from IDBI fedral life Insurance, I was asked to convert generate and convert leads. I got my internship from my college itself. My stipend includes 15000/- fixed component and 3000 commission based.
The placement process was okay this year. Now the lockdown has also affected the efforts of the college corporate relations team. But still, they are trying to provide us jobs. Our college trains us well for these interviews and other placement stuff.
Basically the placement of college is 90 percent. As I was from from finance background, companies like vedanta, Anand Rathi, some other stock broking companies and banks came. But if in case you are in marketing then the house is all open there are many good companies like coca-cola, nestle and many more came for placement. For internship some companies pays money some not so kind of luck by chance.
The internship was provided by the institute itself. The placement was 100%. The placecom works really hard and they make sure that all the students get placed yo good companies.
Yes this college provides internship for 2 months in the month of may and june and also send students to sell corporate citizen magazine and to take a beautiful experience of selling and distribution and placement are going quite well as here the highest package is of 18 lacs and average is 6.7 lacs which is sufficient as per the ROI.
