- The college offers an enriching educational experience with its excellent campus, for Masters, the classes are done on newly constructed buildings and well dedicated faculty members.
- I would say that the teacher are well experienced and are very helpful to the students.
Admission:
The admission process is quite good in Masters and is all based on merit of the students but I think the process could be more transparent on Bachelors as there is some form of corruption during the admission. One can get application form from the Administative block by paying a fee of 500 which is now done online. People from OBC, SC and ST can also gets benifits during admission.
Likes
- I like the college due to the fact that it is very old and reputed college in my state and it is friendly college, the teacher are also very friendly and it is not very strict college so that is the things that i like and the teacher even makes joke
- The things that i like about the college is that the surrounding of the college is very greenery, so many trees and many green plant are planted and due to that in very hot summer the college area is very cool and refreshing
Dislikes
- There are many things that i dont like about the college, i dont like the staff that were sitting in the administrative block, they have high ego and they dont do proper job, when we ask for something they try to escape from us and they get angry
- Sometimes the staff in the A-Block doesnt care what we ask to them, they be like thats not our problem and when we ask for something very important they be like go to commerce and from there they said go to that its like they are playing with us
Admission:
For the admission eligibility we have to pass out from 12 and if we got high percentage, the chance of getting selected is higher. So i we want to take science we have to take science from class 11 and 12 and if we take arts at 11 and 12 we cannot get admitted to science, but we can choose arts if we take science in 11 and 12. The process ia very simple first we have to fill up the form and they will set date for the entrance test and after that they will call for councelling and that it. For the marks the 60percent in 12 can get selected. And for the things i dont like is that they dont set the no. of students for the counselling and they call all the students in one day and only halve students can get councelling and the remsining they have to come another day set buy the college
Likes
- Campus is big and full of greenery with flowers and some fruits
- The teachers are good and helpful so far.
Dislikes
- The college is quite old and need to be renovated
- The lighting in the classes can be improved

• For the year 2023, admission was based on the marks obtained on the board exam. Under normal circumstances, this was done through an entrance exam. • Reservation are available for ST/OBC students. • Examination are held twice a year, i.e semester exams

When we got addmission to our college we have selected in cut-off marks due to covid 19 so we did not have the opportunity to face the entrance test. There is no required subject which you take or not in the previous schooling if you want, you can choose that course. We have also some benefits in sit reservation for st, obc, minority, etc.

This college is located in imphal west district in manipur state which enable people in hilly district to access the benefit of education and also is the best college for people who wants to opt for science .if you are looking for the best science college in northeast india ,i recommend dm college is will be the best

Bad things about the college no proper tape water and vehicle shed are getting old. Leaking during rain but overall its good.

It's the best college in Imphal.The environment of the college is charming to look at. Though the infrastructure is not so good, the faculty members are well trained and experienced one. Respective science department is well equipped with the required equipments which no other college in Imphal have. It has ATM Booth in the campus and also has two- three canteen inside the campus. It's proximity with my home is another factor. I opted science as I love this subject.
