- XAT 2025 Registration is open at xatonline.in for admission to MBA/ PGDM courses. The last date to register for XAT 2025 is November 30, 2024. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 5, 2025.
AIMS Institute, Bangalore offers five full-time undergraduate courses and five full-time postgraduate courses. At the undergraduate level, the Institution offers full-time BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, and BHM courses. At the postgraduate level, the institute offers full-time MBA, MCA, MSW, M.Sc, M.Com, and MFA programs.
- Candidates can apply for all the courses online through the AIMS website.
- MBA candidates shall have to submit INR 1500 as application fee.
- SC/ST candidates provide a relaxation of 5% in minimum eligibility marks for all the programs.
- UG candidates must have passed 10+2 / PUC / Equivalent examination from a recognized University / Board
- PG candidates must have completed respective Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Admission is based on merit for most programs, except MBA. Candidates may be required to clear the AIMS Personal interview.
- MBA candidates should clear the respective entrance examinations for admission (MAT/CAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT)
- AIMS follows the reservation criteria of the Bangalore University as well as that of Karnataka State government.

AIMS Institute Bangalore UG Eligibility:
- Candidates seeking admission should have 10+2 / PUC / Equivalent examination from a recognized University / Board.
- SAARC/Foreign Candidates: GCE/JGCSE/GCSE Certification with minimum 5 subjects at ‘O’ level and 2 at ‘A’ level Pass Certificate / Diploma of a Secondary Stage Level Examination (12 years) of any discipline, recognized by National level council/board of any country.
AIMS Institute Bangalore UG Selection Process:
Admission to BBA,BBA-Aviation, BCA, B.Com, and BHM programs are offered on the basis of merit. The concerned department will also conduct a Personal Interview.

AIMS Institute Bangalore PG Selection Process:
Admission to MCA, Mcom programs are offered on the basis of merit. The concerned department will also conduct a Personal Interview
- SC/ST candidates are given a relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility marks.
- M.Sc candidates must have passed the optional subjects with an aggregate of 40%.
- MCA candidates should have studied Mathematics or allied subjects at 10+2 level or at degree level
- Admission to MBA courses requires the candidates to clear competitive entrance examinations.
- A minimum of 60% should be obtained in the entrance examination for admission to MBA.
- Other PG courses only require merit in the qualifying examination for admission.

AIMS Institute Bangalore MBA Eligibility
- The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree, with a score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/CAT-1) or above in graduation from a recognized university marks or equivalent CGPA.
- 70 percentile or above in CAT, 80 percentile or above in MAT / XAT / CMAT / ATMA.
- A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results is also eligible to apply.
- It is mandatory for a final year student, who is provisionally considered eligible by AIMS and offered admission, to submit the mark-sheet and degree certificate of the final year
Note: Applicants who have registered for either of the above tests can appear for the selection process, but their admission offer will be made only after submission of the test score as per the requirement.
AIMS Institute Bangalore MBA Selection Process:
Admission into the MBA programme (non-PGCET) is through AIMS Selection Process only.
Candidates having 60% or above marks in MBA PGCET / CAT / MAT / ATMA /XAT or any state-approved admission test are eligible for admission.
The selection process consists of Statement of Purpose, Group Discussion, Extempore, and Personal Interview

Application for all UG and PG programs can be filled online by visiting https://portal.theaims.ac.in. aspirants can follow the given procedure to fill the application form correctly:
- Visit the link given above and register by providing correct credentials.
- Login to the portal once the registration process is complete.
- Choose the program, Admission type (Management Quota, Government Quota, ICCR or EDCIL ).
- Select Student Category and Fill in all the required details.
- Fill in all the required details and click Next.
- Enter Academic Information.
- Pay the application fee and submit.

Admission:
I chose this college over other colleges because of the positive reviews i got from various references and internet along with that the course fee is quite affordable and admission process was easy too. I even applied to other colleges that i didn't accept maybe because of location issues and fees. My college accepts class 10th and 12th marks along with a personal interview with one of the faculties

Basically it is exam KMAT and PGCET to get admit in this college. Based on marks the fee willbbe there , to block a seat in. College there is a application fee less than 1000. After that each department heads will take interview for students based on their course from concern subject persons.

One should have bachelor's degree in CS to be eligible. PGCET basis applications, you'll be able to select colleges with respect to your ranking. This college is under Bangalore University. Application procedure will be according to the government, notifications for such will be issued at every step. At last the counselling will be done.

Admission:
The admission can be done in two ways writing the PGCET entrance or getting a management seat which almost 9 lakhs with benefits but never join this way because all your will go into the drain. I choose this college as an alternative to new horizon Bangalore in the counselling process but I was allotted with aims. Students can't expect infrastructure as it is a small campus which is built like a small complex with classrooms located at two buildings and a small playground in which sport can be played. Students use it for breaks and other activities. Academics are good but it's really difficult to cope because if you look for good experience and education inside a big campus this is not a college. I had to join this college because I had entered the counselling process which specifies I should not refuse the allotment this was really hard for me at that time. I had sacrificed all football activities I do normally.

I have appread for MAT examination on 2018 and cleared with 85% marks and then in the month of may I got a call for interview from the college and I have appeared the interview and got selected and our curriculam started from august onwards.In the interview we have been asked to participate in the Group Discussion then we have to write a paragraph on the given topic. After that they have given the list of selected candidates.
Admission:
Passed CET exam, chose MBA for my betterment in my life and to be in a good position, a respectable job. Joined on October 2017, I have to fill up the application, submit all the relevant documents to the college, pay the fees. Section will be allotted attend classes. Aims really helped me reaching that position.

It's ranked in 20 top college in the india. It have connections to some of the best institution of culinary arts in the world Like ALMA. The college gave scholarship of 20% of the fees. They invite some of the best chef's in the world for the demo Example chef Kunal Kapoor

The institution comes in top 20 in the country. And it's a very old institution I opted this course because I want to become a run a hotel so the course will teach me all the skills. The course is of 4 years it deals with very aspects of becoming a hoteler or a entrepreneur

I did my science course but was not good in science so i opted for bba course. The admission process is very simple. Just you need to have 50% or above in grade 12 and direct admission to the college
