Likes

Education are good, some faculties are really great.Teaching methods are good.
Campus is so interactive. Teachers are always there for the support, mentoring facilities are also there.

Dislikes

The campus is small. They shoud work on infrastructure more.
There should be some more program on career advancements. Placement servicesshould improve.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Total fee structure is around 6 lakhs. This hikes alot this year only. The hike depends on government. There is scholarships but mostly for there state student only .like Swami Vivekananda scholarship, Kanyashree prakalpa, etc.around 60000rs is offered under SVMCM.

Anti Ragging. The college is very strict regarding ragging and hence as a fresher I never faced any issue with the seniors. That is why the seniors are also very friendly and will never let you feel inferior.
Departmental Tournaments. You will absolutely love the air and spirit during departmental tournaments, like that of football, cricket, table tennis, badminton, and annual sports

Dislikes

Infrastructure. I wish that the classrooms were better equipped, they become a furnace during summers.
Uniform. The college has a uniform which gives you the feeling that you are still studying in school but it has plus point that it lowkey kinda maintains equality among students

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

tuition fess is 55000 development fee is 8250 student amenities 500 total is 63750 per semester then for new admissions it is 89750 which icnclude admission charge, caution deposit and libraray/book bank charge but if you are a tfw student then then the enitre 55000 will be reduced from your semester charges.

Likes

College is very disciplined and very strict.
It is one of the best private college in Kolkata.

Dislikes

The thing which I disliked the most is that you cannot keep beard.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

During my time the semester fee were around Rs 45000. There were tuition fees waiver scheme for financially weak students. There were no scholarship schemes. There were miscellaneous fees also. The total was around Rs 4.5 lakhs.

Likes

The college has a very big ground where students play cricket and football
The lab assistant is good and we have a special sir, SOM sir and srikanta sir who are very friendly

Dislikes

The college takes fine for each subject which is ₹500
Co curriculum activities are less and doesn't support us

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

As the college is a private college, so the fees is relatively high compare to any government college... Also you can't get any successful return or placement and also the placement salary ranges from 20000 time 25000 and mostly the placement comes from software companies

The faculty ,The teacher, the staff,the facilities.
We do have good professors,teachers,and they are friendly they also have fests and events.

Dislikes

The canteen is very unhealthy and the price are very high hence poor students cannot afford.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

As compared to the last year this year the fees increased by 2lakh rupees.The complete cost including Tution,service and other charges is 5lakh 30 thousand ruppees.The svmcm and minority group are government scholarships which are available for students.There are also private scholarships like reliance and jindal. Till now i have not undertaken any employment and job roles.

Likes

Great Maths Faculty. Decent lab infrastructure.
Some alumni will tell you that this college is very strict and you will have no fun as a student.

Dislikes

Atteandance policy is really bad(75% compulsory)

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

They have increased the fees structure this year from 390000 to 536000. College don't provide any financial assistance but you can avail goverment scholarships like svmcm for you need. But they have limited it to ony state board students in the state. You can also avail student credit card available for Bengal and Bihar students. You get loan at 4% interest rate upto 10 lakhs. So, it can be helpful.

The college is closed to howrah easy to travel.
College has nice environment for coding.

Dislikes

You have to follow dress code to attend classes.
Take fine for low attendance and any event not held for longtime but recently they started to organise freshers.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fee structure and availability of scholarships, financial aid, and campus employment opportunities vary widely depending on the institution. Course cost for me is 3 lakhs and you can get scholarship form government around 1.8 lakhs if you have not backlog and 60% then you are eligible.

The tution fee increases as per the norms and policies of board as well as of the affiliated bodies. The complete cost of my education, including tution, service fees, and other are about Rs 50000 per semester. Merit based scholarships provided.

Likes

The best thing i like is the facilities of this college. They are highly scholar and knowledge. They have fone their Masters and PhD from IITs And IISc . They have a level of knowledge and guves us best decisions accordingly.
There is a placement cell in our college. They helps alot to students to get a job . They also provides different types of training to enhance our skill and knowledge for placement.

Dislikes

Here maintaining discipline is most important and i think is quite tough for every students but this is best for our life further .

The tuition fees of this college is 1 lakh per year approx , to get exact details please visit college websites once. Most of the students gets scholarships from different government plans and student welfare committees. Placement cell of this college provides various training and skill enhancements activities to make ready to face the real world and to get a good Placement as well. Most of my college students gets placed .
