About SVECW
Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women is a was founded by Sri Vishnu Educational Society in 2001. The college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada since 2011 and was accredited in 2008 by NBA for 5 years. The college offers Bachelor and Master Courses in various field of Technology. It also offers Professional Programme in Business and Computer Application.
SVECW has been chosen as the Best Consumer of APEPDCL in West Godavari District for use of alternative energy resources. The college has also been granted autonomous status by UGC. SVECW has an area of 100 acres consists of building, residence, auditorium, playgrounds, colleges or parking. The institute was awarded the Global Performance Excellence Award by Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO) on 15th October 2012

SVECW Admission
- The mode of application of any course in SVECW is offline. Candidates need to contact the administrative office of SVECW and register for enrollment by submitting intermediate/degree result details.
- For EAMCET application, visit the official website of EAMCET and fill in and submit the online application after paying examination fees of INR 507.
- For PGECET application, register at the official website and after payment of application fees (Gen: INR 800; SC/ST: INR 400).
- For GATE application, visit the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) and submit the application form online after payment of application fees online (Gen: INR 1500; SC/ST/PwD: INR 750).
- For ICET application, apply on the official website after making an online payment of INR 450. Payment can also be done at AP Online centers.

The recruiters at SVECW include some of the biggest names in the industry such as Accenture, Capgemini, Hyundai Mobis, Infosys, TCS, IBM, HCL, Hexaware, Cognizant, Flipkart, Wipro, Adobe, Amazon, L&T, Mahindra, and several others.

The institute offers students state of the art infrastructure are world-class facilities. The provisions accessible to students are as follows:
- Library: The college has Digitalized Central Library well equipped with all the good books of the different subjects taught here. There are 50,731 Books, 7,766 Titles and 958 Journal Back Volumes.
- Auditorium: The SVECW facilitates an Indoor Auditorium, Open-air-Auditorium, Mini-Auditorium and numerous Seminar Halls. The college has a well-furnished and well-equipped seminar hall which can accommodate 250 members each.
- Computer Center: The computer center has more than 3000 computer terminals. The campus also has unlimited WiFi connectivity.
- Boat Club- A boating club was set up in the premises for the recreation of the students. Presently it has three boats and the pond is located in the northeast corner of the third phase of the campus

First attempt the eamcet exam by rank you can keep counselling. It's only for women. Cutoff may be present on our college's official website. Reservation and scholarship have also been present in our college

- The hostels are not so comfortable, but they are actually becoming good now

I attempted the AP Eamcet exam after my Intermediate second year and got an 8192 overall rank in the general category, any student with this rank of below 10k will be able to secure an IT seat, also we have other reservation benefits according to our category

I have EAPCET exam which will be conducted by the state government itself I appered for the exam after the examination results there is a particular time called counselling where we can select list of colleges and course based on our rank if we are eligible to that college then we can report to the college we got selected for.

- College environment is good and study in the college was ultimate I really enjoy the college life because of this svecw and the college study was good because of recession placements was less this year but actually placements are good in this college
- The infrastructure including campus amenities and learning facilities are extremely good faculty was good they explain in detail about subject along with that they taught us about job related experience and how to become successful in life

- College was strict and they didn't give outings easily,for hostler students at the time of outing it is difficult difficult for hostlers and for dayscholars at the time of exams it is difficult after exam they need to stay

As a computer science student the cutoff for us is 5500 rank for oc student is cutoff to get CSE in our college reservation benifits are available in our college based on category the cutoff was differ the application fees was 1000 and application form is found at the time of joing date the difficulty level of exam is basic compare to other colleges based on the knowledge and interest of students they increase the difficulty level

- The most liked thing in SVECW college is Infrastructure. There are total of 10 campus. Every Campus is unique with their own Infrastructure
- The campus is covered with full of greenery. Wherever you go inside the campus there are many trees surrounded.
Dislikes
- We have to walk more distance from hostel to college. But walking with friends makes us to forgot the distance.
- The most disliked thing is Saturday is also working day.
Admission:
The eligibility of the course is the student must complete their Intermediate(MPC) or Diploma with good grades. The student must qualify in EAMCET. The college also provides management seats with fees. The areas for improvement in the admission process is clear communication.

For the students l to be eligible to the course, they must pass the inter exams. The application forms and fee structure are provided in the reception by the management. A person will explain all the reservation benefits based on the students caste.

Students who pass intermediate MPC with 70-75% are eligible for the course and The cut off mark for Computer science and engineering branch is 80-90 marks and the cut off rank is below 5k . The students who got EAMCET rank below 10k or 12k-15k will get computer science and engineering specialisation courses like Cyber security,Aids,Aiml . There is also Branches like ECE, Mechanical, Civil and they are also good branches in SVECW which had highly paid placements and jobs.

- I like the way our college organise all kinds of event we have a club for event organisation it is so amazing that we can enjoy every event.

I got a good rank in eamcet and through the eamcet results we can get to apply for college as we like. The cut off for CSE in our college is 4-5k as my rank is 7k I can't get a seat in CSE instead I got seat in Aiml.

i went through the apemcet exam ..cuttoff is for 8000 below rank ...i didnt have reservation benifits i wanted to study cse but due to no reservation i was in aiml but it was good branch..our exams are very difficult i want to learn courses outside for that also they are asking money ..without 500 there is no courses and certifications
