Key Points for B.Tech Admission:
- Candidates under Management quota/ SC/ ST/ SEBC are given a relaxation of 5% to the score in qualifying examination.
- Of the total intake, 50% seats are allotted by CEE, Govt. of Kerala, 15% seats are sanctioned to NRI candidates and remaining 35% is given on the basis of merit prepared by combining marks of Mathematics and Physics.

Key Points for M.Tech Admission:
- Foreign Nationals applying through Indian Council of Cultural Relations, Govt. of India along with the sponsored candidates from Industries/ R&D organisations/ National Laboratories/ Educational Institutions are also eligible to apply for M.Tech.
- GATE qualified applicant admitted in M.Tech are eligible for Half-Time Teaching Assistantship.

Saintgits College of Engineering offers Ph.D. courses under different areas of specializations. Basic eligibility criterion to apply for admission in the doctoral degree courses requires a master’s degree in relevant subjects with at least 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale through qualification.
Selection is done on the basis of scores of GATE/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET/JMET.
For Ph.D. in Management, candidate must secure CGPA 6.0 in Master’s degree.

SCE, Kottayam Application Process 2024
The aspiring candidates seeking admission in Saintgits College of Engineering can apply either offline or online.
However, the aspirants have to register themselves separately on the respective official website of the conducting bodies to appear for the entrance examination.
For Online–
- Visit the official website of the college.
- Click the ‘Apply Online’ tab to register with the website by creating a login id and password.
- Fill the online application form carefully.
- Upload the passport sized photograph.
- Submit the completely filled application form online by paying the application fee.

For computer science students the cut off from keam was 15000. Other management seats are also available.NRI seats are also available. The admission process was smooth and well scheduled. The procedure was not tedious.

The college takes in students based on KEAM and JEE qualifications. I was offered a management seat based on the fact that I qualified KEAM for the same fee I would've had to pay if I was on a KEAM allotted seat.

- I loved the campus environment which gives a positive energy
- More extra curricular activities like skating, sports ,etc., should be promoted in this college

- It would be great if there where more extra curricular activities and college fests
- College Gym does not have much facilities

I got management scholarship since i had good percentage of marks in 12th standard in mathematics, physics and chemistry. At first i saw an advertisement of this college in Facebook and i filled the form and got registered. After somedays i got a call from one of the faculty from this college and informed me about the management scholarship. About exams , there will 2 series exams in a sem and after that sem exam will be conducted.

- The college is really strict especially my branch and this creates friction between the staff and students.
- The teachers are sometimes very strict and students often feel like they are still studying in school.
Admission:
The eligibility of my course was class 12 with aggregate 60 percent marks and in the physics, chemistry, mathematics as compilsory subjects.The application form is avaulable in the official website of college www.saintgits.org and it is completely free. The course is divided into 8 semesters and there are two internal exams in a semester followed by an end semester exam.The difficulty level is quite okay.The admission process is also very good and no improvements need to be taken.

If the admissions are through entrance exams the cut off might vary form year to year and the selection process is through three stages of application. The only part that is hard is the process of documents and applications and other forms takes a lot of time and might be little heavy with deposits and other funds transfer

- Comparing our college to the other autonomous colleges around... I think we get acceptable amount of freedom. The infrastructure of this college is marvelous. Most of the teachers are friendly and fun to hang out with. Overall its a decent place.
- There are lot of opportunities you get around here for interactions and exposure. We have a nation wide tech fest named sristi. Ive seen students around india come here. And we have pratitya and nakshatra. This year we had first position for yip 6.0
Dislikes
- The whole college is a little congested. We may feel like everything is so close and limited, but infact it is well structured and organised. Even the workshop area and labs may feel a little tiny.
- We have a lot of buses in between 7am - 6pm but availability of autos are very less and buses to particular routes are very less.
Admission:
If i am right the last rank for cse was 17000-18000. The admission process was quite simple and effective. We had an interview process. All the fee structure and hostel facilities are properly communicated.
