Prince Shri Venkateshwara Padmavathy Engineering College (PSVPEC) was established in 1978. The college is affiliated to Anna University. It offers various UG and PG programs such as B.E, B.Tech, M.E, MBA and MCA. Lateral Entry programs are also offered by the college.

PSVPEC M.E, MBA & MCA Admission 2024
PSVPEC offers M.E, MBA and MCA courses in various specializations. The admission is granted on the basis of the score of TANCET. TANCET is conducted by Anna University. The candidates have to secure position in the TANCET merit list released by the university. The shortlisted candidates are invited for counselling on the basis of their rank in TANCET.

PSVPEC Application Process 2024
To apply for any UG or PG course offered by the college, candidates need to visit the college campus and fill the application form (offline).
- Application form can be obtained from the college campus on payment of INR 200 as registration fee.
- The received applications are processed by the college committee in order to select the candidates provisionally.
- In some cases, the college also conducts the interview round for the shortlisted candidates.
- The selected candidates will be intimated with the admission dates as soon as the list of shortlisted candidates is released.
- The application fee can also be paid through DD in favor of PSVPEC payable at Chennai.
The following documents are required to be submitted at the time of submission of the application form.
- Xerox of 10th and 12th mark sheet and Certificates attested by the Gazette Officer.
- Provisional Degree in the case of applying for any PG course.
- Transfer Certificate and Code of Conduct Certificate

PSVPEC Scholarship and Reservation Details 2024
PSVPEC offers scholarships to the students from the academically underprivileged background and fee concessions are also offered to the students with respect to the norms of Anna University.
The college also offers two scholarships, namely, Farmer Scholarship and Tamil Nadu Adi-Dravidian Welfare Higher Education Scholarship.

The qualification needed for the course is only the completion of higher secondary schooling same as all the college.The entrance procedure was too good as the incharges were to explainable about the courses and benefits to me as well as my parents.There wasn't any entrance exam conducted.the areas were they have to improve is that the fee structure has to be explained clearly to the parents during the admission process itself

There is not that much difference in fee structure when compared to counseling and management ( around 10 k to 20k difference). We have brought all the documents, you can contact the management and ask for the requirements documents they will guide you. The admission process will be smooth because they will guide you throughout the process and also the seat availability finely explain.

A very good college with individual attention and discipline, you can definitely get placed with the guidance of the placement officer and the total placement in the year 2022 is almost 91.90%. Overall a great college to pursue Engineering.
