I chose to pursue a career in IT because I have always been fascinated by technology and how it can be used to solve complex problems. I was drawn to the IT field because it offers a variety of career paths and opportunities for innovation. A brief about faculty: Student ratio: The faculty-to-student ratio at KGCE College is not so good. There were a sufficient number of qualified faculty members to provide personalized attention to students. The small class sizes also allowed for more interaction between students and faculty. Qualification of faculty and teaching method: The faculty at KGCE College was highly qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields. They were always available to help students with coursework and were approachable outside of class as well. The term exams at XYZ College were always administered on time and were a fair representation of the material covered in class. They were not too difficult to pass, but they did require a good amount of prepa
I choose this course because the IT sector is growing vastly nowadays and the packages you get are good. The faculty is good they help you with everything. They teach us to complete the syllabus. There are three exams in one sem 1st unit test the 2nd unit test which is on the college level and the last final semester exam is university board level.
I have taken Admissions in the direct second year as I have done Diploma students ratio is Good Teaching is good You can have better teaching from old Teaching staff from fresher you can't expect more quality of teaching
If you study regularly and attend your class daily, it is not very hard to pass, all exams taken by Mumbai university, I choosen BE. In artificial intelligence and data science because this course is a very marketed course and it was introduced recently. College provide all help for students
Teaching faculty is okay, Some are good some are worst even...you will have to pop-up by yourself at times. I literally think engineering is all about self learning now. Exams and internals were conducted on time no doubt and the difficulty level was moderate.
Extra curriculum activities are held in college, computer science and information technology faculties are great in our college, staff is supportive for any activities, academics of our college is also good
There are different fee structure according to your program which you are join. And also there are many fee structure according to your caste. if you are open category like me then you have to pay all the amount. And if you belongs to minority like sc, st, obc then there is huge difference in the fee. Ebc is also available for weaker economic section.
College is strict about the tests and evaluations. Teaching quality is good and the staff is excellent except few. Well equipped labs and Machine workshops are available for the Mechanical Department. Also, other departments have well-equipped facilities.
There is no any fee structure in college, you have to pay the full fee at once per year. In extreme conditions, you can write a letter to the principal for splitting down the fees, though the principle only allows you to split fees only in 2 half. But total fees are feasible as compared to other colleges under Mumbai University.
