Faculties are very easily to be contacted and are very helpful in every doubt.
College club helps in good senior interaction and learning from them

Dislikes

College life is not that much up to the mark but u will have a wonderful hostel Life if u will attempt for it
Hostels situated in very bad surrounding mainly 2nd year hostel

Faculty:

The faculty members are highly qualified and very professional in their work. There is no lack of professors in any department.And they are very much Frank to the students and also helps a lot in not only studies but also in life progress.

Likes

The college is a good government college in West Bengal. It provides with most of the opportunities for any student.
The faculty is good and the study environment is also good. One can get help from teachers and seniors for any purpose.

Dislikes

Placement is not so good which I think needs improvement.
The campus is very large but the infrastructure is old. The campus is not well managed.

Faculty:

Faculty is good enough in this college. They help the students in every possible way. The faculty to student ratio is 1:12. All the HODs are phd holders and have good experience. They treat the students nicely. They try to interact with the students as much as possible. Someone who is interested for any research will get a good mentorship from the faculty members.

Environment is very good, Campus is very clean and Near to Station
Seniors are helpfull they help you to settle in the college, no ragging at all

Dislikes

Hostels should be Clean a much more and appliances should be corrected
Mess food is not so much Healthy or tasty

Faculty:

Faculty is good they classes are Clean and teacher always come on time no delays you can go to the teachers in extra time they can help you to solve your problems. There are computes in the lab and teachers are also very intelligent

The environment here is too good.. The nature is beautiful and the area is pollution free
There are sufficient classroom and the college having a great infrastructure lab system.. Placements are also good in kgec

Faculty:

Faculty members are very helpful to the students. The faculty and students ratio is approx. 1:3. so theory or practical there is a great learning experience. The labs are also very good. In the lab, there are always 2 to 3 teachers are available.

The environment is quite good. The faculties and other stuff members are also cooperative.

Dislikes

The shops and reachibility is not so good.
There should be some decent major upgrades is college infrastructure.

Faculty:

The faculties are no doubt so good and highly educated and skilled to provide us the necessary information regarding our courses. Only the matter is there is a bit lack of faculty members as per the no of students.

Teachers who were involved in Research have knowledge enough and are very helpful.

Faculty:

The teachers are well experienced. Most of them are helpful and we can reach them any time to solve doubt. Few are there who doesn't give proper marks and this leads students to be demotivated and that's all .

First of all the teachers and students are so interactive , teachers are strict about study and specially the Electronics department and other core departments
There are many (15 in number) clubs like sports ,cultural and technical clubs those are main reason for maintained extracurricular activities of college

Dislikes

Lack of new technologies like new models or machines or electronic devices for progress of students in study purposes

Faculty:

Faculty members are friendly as well as strict as per situations, they try to teach us with their best , mini projects and big projects Or many research projects are done there , because all the faculty members are professors / PhD scholars and lab assistants are masters holders

The Life of KGEC

Faculty:

There are around 2000-3500 lectures in whole curriculum depending upon the course. It has a strong faculty team with quality previous experience in reputed government technical institutions all over India. The faculties belongs to the age group between 30-65. Maximum of the faculties are doctorate holder and completed their studies from reputed colleges like IIT and NITS. The faculties use various props, TLMS, Animation to make the the learning more practical. The college laboratorys consists all modern instruments to help the students for better learning. The college also ha audio visual platform for teaching. The college also conducs various national international industry and research oriented seminars for the students where they are certified too
