Eligibility Criteria

For Management Quota:

Candidates must be citizens of India / Persons of Indian origin (PIO) / Overseas citizen of India (OCI). PIO/OCI candidates is not eligible for any kind of reservation.
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2019.
Applicants should Pass Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade.
Rounding off of the percentage of marks to the next higher whole number is not permitted.
Only those Applicants who qualify in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2019 (KEAM 2019) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala are eligible (Candidates should have scored minimum of 10 marks each in Paper I and Paper II)

For NRI Quota:

The Management are entitled to fill up 15% seats in the NRI category (NRI) by admitting qualified students who are dependents of Non Resident Indians. Students admitted under this scheme will not be allowed to change Institution / Course/ Quota under any circumstances.
NRI Sponsor should have a valid Passport & Employment Visa
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2019.
Applicants should Pass Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 60% marks in Mathematics separately and 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade.
Rounding off of the percentage of marks to the next higher whole number is not permitted.
KEAM Entrance 2019 score is not required.

For Government Quota:

Candidates must be citizens of India
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2019.
Applicants should Pass Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade.
For applicants belonging to SEBC category with a total annual family income not exceeding 6 lakhs, relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks is permitted. For SC/ST applicants, a pass in the examination is sufficient

College has an good campus and lot of areas to see

Dislikes

Mainly focused on studies other than arts and sports.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Civil engineering course is easily understandable,the faculty is friendly and supportive in studies.HOD and other faculty have completed PhD and well trained.Good way of teaching skills.Module test, series test and class test has also been conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like enginnering feild maily site works that's why i choose civil engineering. All faculty members are very friendly talkable, majority of the faculty members are Phd holders and others are M tech graduated. The term exams appears 6 months interval and it was not too difficult to pass

Vibrant and inclusive, with numerous events, clubs, and extracurricular activities.
Modern facilities, well-equipped labs, and a library with a vast collection of resources.

Dislikes

There is no core companies for civil engineering is coming up with placement offers
Through conducting many exams they increase the stress of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a slight interest in designing and drawing so iam choose this course. When I take this course in Jyothi engineering college I can learn more about the course and i can improve my skills and ability. The faculty of our college is very helpful to encourage students enthusiasm and their skills. Most of the faculty members have masters degrees and PhD's. In our college for improving the academic they conduct series exams and module test and these improve the memory of the students

Placement trainings conducted by college faculty and also an external agency.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty members for the course I choosen is very helpful in doing our graduation journey. They help us a lot in the our and also extracurricular activities. The most of the faculty members has a doctorate in their relevant field. I choose this course based on my interest and the relevance of the civil engineers in our society. The term has a tight schedule but the faculty manages it with all their hardwork and support to students. The exams are moderate for an average students and passing in exam is not such a big task with proper preparation.

The overall ambience of the college is awesome.
The college has an open library with many novels and academic books.

Dislikes

The management is pretty strict which makes students uncomfortable.
The college should give more importance to sports and arts too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very passionate about it field so I choose cs engineering so that I could enhance my skills in that field. The faculty ratio is 1:20. Tutors are highly qualified in their fields and very helpful to us every time. the exams are a bit tougher than expected but are covered in the syllabus.
