The 2023 KCET round 1 cutoff rank for the Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) at DRTTIT was 100353 for the GM category.
Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time B.E Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Candidate should have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Standard / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates).
Lateral Entry:-
A candidate who has passed any diploma examination or equivalent examination and obtained an aggregate minimum of 45% marks taken together in all the subjects of the final year (Fifth and sixth semester) diploma Examination (Q.E) is eligible for admission to B.E courses, and 40% of marks in Q. E. in case of SC, ST and Backward Classes of Karnataka candidates.
To get the admission under Government Quota seats, candidates must take-up the CET Entrance Examinations conducted by KEA, Government of Karnataka. Admission Procedure for the Government Seats is as per KEA norms.
