CGC provides wide range of opportunity in the field of placement and other activities like hackathon, others competitions.
have smart room classes and labs that provides better environment for study

Dislikes

the crowded environment of cgc and 75% mandatory attendance

Faculty:

Faculty members are not easily approchable. But some of the faculty members are very good and friendly with students. Firstly we give 2 times mid semester tests and then we give our semester exams. MSTs no. are counted in internal marks and exams marks are counted in external.

I really like the helpful nature of teachers all are very cooperative
The placement offers in my college is very good with the higher package of 45 lpa

Dislikes

Affiliation with the Punjab technical University
Their is no any transportation for students in campus like electric vans

Faculty:

Their are too much faculty in the college for students Teachers , HODs , Principal , director , dean all are very helpful and knowledgeable with the higher qualification Our department takes semester exams two time before the final which is not so easy and not so difficult

The hostel is good and the cooperative faculty
The basketball court is good and the team plays really well

Dislikes

The classrooms are not well developed infrastructure of the college isn't very fancy
There are limited no of smart classrooms in the college

Faculty:

The exam system includes 2 mst which decide about 40% fo the marks 60 % marks depend on ptu finals the course structure similar to most of the engineering colleges. All the faculties teach at good level according to me even the the campus is shown to be a cloud campus but the teaching methods still includes a white board and a maker.

This College is Excellent for student who like to play sports.

Dislikes

I dont like the food of my college canteen its not my type.

Faculty:

Faculty and Teacher of COE Landran are good. They are Helpful and provide everything related to study. They Provide me Pdf of questions,Regular Homework. There are 3 Exams in Semester MST-1,MST2 and End Semester Exams. Marks of MST are calculated for internal Marks.

The behaviour of teachers with students is very cooperative and understanding

Campus life, is not much good for girls.

Relationship between faculty and students is very cooperative and understanding, they understand the feeling of students,but the office clerks are very rude and arrogant with freshers. Best faculty is our CC Megha Sharma from block3

The environment was so good . There were so friendly staff members in my college
Girls and boys ration was same in my college

Dislikes

Canteen was not good because food was not healthy for students .

Faculty:

Student and faculty relationship is very good they are very cooperative. All the staff members are very suppotive and have the best relationship. There are many teachers who are very good and very entertaining. There are 3 exams in one semester two are mst and one is final .

A huge clubs are for your personality development and for knowledge gaining.
Infrastructure is very nice.college has lush green campus.labs are very well maintained.

Dislikes

Teachers are average who teaching only ptu classified syllabus and not more focussing on skills growth.
According to college fees the college is average on an complete rating.

Faculty:

I don't want to insult any faculty. I can only say that all faculties are average and faculty-to-student relationships are good. The student-to-faculty ratio is 1:60.Students passing percentages are not so bad it's ok.

Decent placement , here it is a placement and training department aims at providing placement opportunities
Good exposure , here students comes from different parts of the country , you learn a lot from them .

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not that much good , but kaam chalaau like , also faculty is not that much Good , take lecture in a old fassion.
No new and currently technology is used while teaching

Faculty:

Basically faculty having bechalors or a master degree , only a few have phd from good university. Faculty is not that much updated about the recent technologies they taught same as 10 years ago. Like they forced us to code on turbo cpp which is around 15-20 year old plate form.

College actually focus on the academics of each and every student and teacher are very supportive
College has a RISE department which mainly focuses on drone development

Dislikes

College is very strict regarding the 75% attendance rule
The compus is very small and the hostels are not up to the mark.

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is on a little the higher side but it doesn't bother that much because teachers are always there for their . Most of the teachers actually try to make sure that everyone in the class is paying attention and learning properly. Students-teacher interaction may vary depending upon the teacher but mostly teachers are helpful

Enviornment - The environment of this college is very good like the teachers and students around here are very friendly.
Great Infratstructure : This infrastructure of this college is also very great

Campus life : The campus life is kindaa not that great although there are a lot of shops in the campus

Faculty:

The faculty of this college is very good like they are so helpful. in almost all the things. The teachers of our block are almost there every time even when we are not at college or after college hours we can always call them to ask your doubts. They also tell about what topic is important and what should we focus on more as a student.
