I also applied for Madras institute of Technology in rubber and plastic Technology but I only choose CIPET because this a premium institute and the best institute in the field of plastic Technology and also compared to MIT.. CIPET has more lab and mechanical facilities to study in a more practical way and also a Central Government College

I chose this college over the other colleges because I have very good knowledge & hands-on experience with plastic mould. In another polytechnic college, they are given only paper knowledge. Experience of working with hand in the admission process of my college degree is very easy. Go to the college and talk to the admissions in charge they guide you very well.

Get seats by counseling of TNEA conducted every year for engineering colleges. This college is affiliated with Anna University which means non-autonomous. 160 + cutoff is required to get a seat in counseling.

To get seat in this college, you should participate in the counseling procedure conducted by Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission every year. The cutoff mark for engineering above 160 is better. If you are sports person, you can participate in that quota, but have limited seats for that.
