The Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Robotics and Automation at Amrutvahini College of Engineering, Sangamner, requires candidates to apply through the MHT CET or JEE entrance exams. The admission process includes an online application followed by document submission and fee payment applicable to the candidate's category. Cutoffs vary by category, with general category candidates needing a minimum of 75% in their board exam, while SC/ST candidates require at least 50%.
Admission can occur through CAP rounds, and seats have been available until the final CAP round, allowing flexibility in choices. Many students apply to multiple colleges and choose Amrutvahini due to its strong placement record. For example, while some students were initially offered seats at other institutions like Sir Vishveshwarya College and SVKM Dhule, they opted for Amrutvahini based on its reputed placements and campus facilities. Document verification is mandatory for the admission process, and placement prospects are a significant consideration for applicants.
The college is considered a viable option for students unable to secure admission in more competitive colleges due to MHT CET scores, with a community likely to accommodate diverse educational aspirations.
