The courses that have been teaching in this college is very well useful to deal with the real world situations and their teaching methods are very easy to understand and they provide real world example to the students which is very helpful

- Canteen is dirty and food quality is very low .
- During rain the college becomes very unclean

To be very honest you have to make efforts to improve yourself and learn . College has good library for more information regarding various courses . We have 2 internal exams every semester and end semester exam twice a year . Google is my best friend to find answers to study

- Event management is not practiced well which results in over population at events
- There is no internship opportunities provided by the college

At Ethiraj College for Women, we have a choice based curriculum. We are allowed to choose the subjects that we would like to study in that particular semester. And since it is an autonomous college, the syllabus is quite advanced when compared to the syllabus of the Madras University.

- Overall the college has a good learning exposure for students in the art's and science stream. Being the top college and among top 10 best college or aaunga in providing all opportunities to the students present over there.
Dislikes
- Myself disliked was the small campus space available since the college is present the centre of the Chennai interior. Due to this hostel facilities aren't provided to various students who avail to come to Chennai and study there.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Since I am preparing for UPSC exam I wanted to do my bachelors degree in History. So I have opeted this course. The faculty members in my college are very easy going and more concerned on students studies. They used to teach students in depth concepts and make every topics easily understandable. The improvements should be made in aspects of smart way of teaching among students. Exam timings are adaptable only and difficulty of the exams conducted is medium.

- Sports day, college day, founders day where they will provide ice cream

- Toilets in the college are not clean and water problem
- Drinking water is not sufficient in summer days

Syllabus covers c++, java, php, python with data science, machine learning, computer graphics, operating system, Android programming, big data, iot. The exam are in semester based type and conducted every 6 months once.

Because I love computer knowledge As of now, computer is the sector is important and it is useful The data structure and the coding part has to be improved The frequency and exam timing is little tough

- I like social groups and clubs in this college because students join in clubs and go to orphanage, old age home etc to help the children and senior citizen and to spend time with them.

- I don't like the ground because there was no sufficient place.
- I don't like the infrastructure because it is somewhat small.

I have chosen this course because it is the rare course combined with mathematics and computer applications where we can learn both maths and computer and it is available only in few college. This college gives best coding skills using practical classes that helps us to enter into IT companies to handle real-life situations.
