Egra Sarada Shashi Bhusan College is one of the brilliant colleges in West Bengal. Established in 1968, it is accredited from AICTE and it is affiliated to Vidyasagar University. Egra SSB College was awarded B grade by the NAAC with CGPA - 2.32. The college is recognized by UGC. Egra college offers undergraduate programs in Arts, Science and Commerce, Post - Graduate programs in Arts and Science.

Candidate must have passed B.Sc Zoology or equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Bachelors Degree with Medical and Allied Science, Bioscience and Life Science as compulsory subjects to apply for M.Sc in Zoology.

.. course structure like this an amazing example of good course structure because it is having all very good things in it like many details subject.Distance route was okay.too convinineunt
The placement in our college is not so good with no internship provided to us,no that we need any but still..Collage job offer placement was also good

Dislikes

The lab assistant are not well behaved to athe students.all the time they scolded students.sport facilities are not good
The fees structure is varying by its course..all courses fees are not same the college didn't provide scholarship to needy students.

Admission:

Eligibility of course was 80% for Bengali honours in East Medinipur. I found this application on Google and some important information got by the University at the head office. In this course, a total of 5 subjects were there.

I had to give an entrance test to get admission in to this college. Some colleges take on merit basis and some colleges conduct entrance tests. My college conducted entrance for admissions. Those who cleared the cutoff could get admission.
