Persuading medicine is a Nobel profession. Iam grateful to have taken MBBS .I got a free seat in the government medical College The curriculum is known as Competency based learning, which ensures that we have an early clinical exposure in the postings in hospital with patients. Yes, MBBS will have burden on our heads regarding studying huge lessons forms huge books Exams are held as 3 internal assessment and 1 final exam

The current curriculum in medical colleges of karnataka is CBME curriculum. It includes applied aspects as a result of which we are more exposed to patients and their health issues. It is a effective method as we learn practically from the very first year rather than mugging up through books. Exams are conducted once in a year but there will be 3 internals conducted from the college where a minimum of 40 % is necessary for eligibility to write the final exam. Even the attendance of 80% is necessary to be considered as eligible for writing the final exam.
We were paying a sum of 20000 rs for college p.a and a sum of 36000 rs p.a. For hostel expenses. But now it has increased to 50000 rs for college but educational loan can help you out. And the for books and others you have to spend another 20000 rs and that's it you are done.
Our college management fees is feasible to everyone it has an yearly fees of 60000 and 30000 hostel fees and monthly 3000 mess charges which are provided in the college campus itself they accept the fees through the bank challan they provide clear transparency in transaction.
Fee structure is around 15000 per annum. And on average 36000 for food and 6000 hostel rent. It is feesible. Since it is a government Medical college, it charges nominal fee as described above. All the students are merit based admissions. Most of them are from a middle class backgrounds and it is helpful with such a nominal amount.
The total fee structure of my course is not very high. To pursue a medical course, we have to spend this much money that's common. When I took admission, my admission fees were near about 2 lakhs including hostel fees.
Since I have got my medical seat via entrance test in a govt medical college it is feasible for me.Or else if I would have got a private medical college the fease wouldn't have been feasible. Barring college fee we also spend much amount on books and online coaching which are pretty expensive.
Ya.its feasible as this is a government college.and no donations are extra fees is collected. But books are to be brought by the students itself.along with the essential requirements needed to be brought by student.
If you get a MBBS seat in Government quota. You're a lucky guy. Because you saved a lot of money out of your father's pocket. The fee structure is feasible in a Government college but not in Private college.
