Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences started in 2005 is a private autonomous university in Shimoga, Karnataka. SIMS Shimoga is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and is recognized by the Medical Council of India. It concentrates not just on studies but also on sports and other artistic works. Students won't feel the excess pressure on themselves and the faculty is also far better than other colleges.
