As per my marks in the NEET exam, I choose this college. The faculties are very experienced. Soo many faculties are there as per subjects. In our batch, there are about 150 students. All the faculties are MBBS MD
The course of 4and half years. Years with 1 year internship.80:20 ratio of teachers are of MD, MS, and MCH levels Teaching method was excellent and one of the best in India. Terminal and other exams are on time moderate.
MBBS course consists of a batch of 150 students . The teachers are very helpful and they teach in an interactive way and guide the student . Course consists of 9 semesters and exams are really tough and college exams prepare you for the university exams
The core syllabus of MBBS hasn't changed much as I have heard my professors saying that they too read the same. However, emerging aspects of health care are focussed upon and textbooks are being duly revised to fit in the newer findings. The practical experience and training is highly appreciated. We begin with clinical postings from second year. Teaching is kept at appropriate levels so that we correlate the theory and apply it in the suitable clinical scenarios. The quality of our faculty is the best attractive feature of our institute. Highly qualified, skilled and knowledgeable faculty are available round the clock to help us.
The course and curriculum are very vast but the faculties did make it manageable for us. They do everything they can on their part to help us. Academics are interesting. Going to the OPDs, IPDs and OTs everyday to discover not only the mechanism and logic behind patient's illness but also to make myself able to understand their suffering only to think how to make their lives beautiful and meaningful again gives the motivation to go through the lengthy course no matter what.
All the facilities are great they all look upon each student and make each student to participate in quiz and other competetions that are held in college. Also the faculties encourage and supports the student to take part in research activities.
The course is well appropriate and based on the curriculum provided by the University. The Faculty of the college is really good in providing quality education. The Pharmacology department and microbiology department as well as community medicine and anatomy department puts a lot of effort for important skills in the students.
Teaching should be focused on practical part. I bet almost every medical student feels lectures are the most useless and also consume a lot of our time without us gaining much from it so I think it would be better to just show and teach practical stuff and give students more time for self study
Our course syllabus was updated yearly, the teaching faculties made sure to recommend all the new, better, informative, helpful textbooks for learning and practical purposes. Our faculties are the best feature of our university. Unfortunately the patients visiting our hospitals are lesser than the other government colleges.
It's great. We do have clinical exposure. Our tecahers do teach whatever is necessary to be reasonable and able doctor. The syllabus is definitely updated. Faculties are good. They have good qualifications
