18 June 2025: University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) has announced the 2025–2026 fees for the MBA in Global Leadership program for international students:
- 12-month program: Tuition is CAD 39,274, approximately ₹24.90 lakhs.
- 24-month program: Total for 2 years: CAD 41,448 ≈ ₹26.28 lakhs
10 June 2025: The University of Prince Edward Island has revised the tuition fee for its Master of Education program to $11,650 per program (previously $10,940). Course-based: $1,165 per course (10 courses). Thesis-based: $1,165 per course (6 courses) plus $4,660 for the thesis. International students pay an additional $904 per course. Check for more details.

University of Prince Edward Island admissions are lightly selective, with an acceptance rate of around 75%. Choose any Fall (starts in September) or Winter (starts in January) intakes to apply. Each year, the application deadline for Fall intake is on August 1 and winter intake is on December 1 of the previous year. Indian students need a minimum of 70% marks in their previous studies to be eligible for U PEI admissions. Alongside, an IELTS score of 6.5 to 7.0 is also required. Do not have IELTS? After the successful submission of your application, University of Prince Edward Island takes 4–6 weeks to offer an admission decision. If accepted, you need to pay a tuition fee deposit of 61,181 INR to 3.05 lakhs INR (1,000 to 5,000 CAD) to secure your place.

University of Prince Edward Island accepts international applications in two intakes in Canada. University of Prince Edward Island offers 16 postgraduate programs. Among these, 10 are of master level and 6 are of doctoral level programs. - Specifically for the MBA course the course are highly relatable for the specialization. University provide lot of support for international students like immigration consultation, consulting related course planning, offering medical insurance and many other things. Inclusivity is something everyone give lot of consideration.
Dislikes
- There is nothing I would think as I dislike about the college but there is one thing about the location. The transport facilities are not much feasible here. Not many layouts for shopping. But for someone who wanted to have a slow and calm life this is the place
Scholarship
- There lot of Scholarship for the course before the course starts and few of them in between the courses as well. The eligibility is determined with a cover letter and if required an additional interview with the committee member. Not sure about the number of people who got the scholarship however the program as a whole is very supportive towards international students
Likes
- Low tuition cost was the main choice and PR in the providence of PEI.
Overview
I feel trapped and the university doesn’t even have a great value of education. It’s like studying in India itself except it gets you a PR. It’s best to come after bachelors that too in bigger cities like Toronto for the best experience. Here it’s way too cold, you got to walk a lots, no bus on weekends so again stuck where you are. It’s tuff.

Scholarship
Yes. $1000 entrance scholarship on my 1st year. There was no any application required for this. They just gave the scholarship according to our high school grades.
Overview
Coming with the previous schooling in biology, I felt ready to take on the hard program of nursing. Around Christmas time, I decided to apply. The application was straight forward and did not take long. The fee was $50, and it was the best $50 I ever spent. I first received acceptance into my second choice program of chemistry, and then a few weeks later I got my acceptance into nursing.

Overview
I really wanted to go into the pre-vet program because I have wanted to be a vet ever since I was three years old. Around where I live there are only two universities that offer this program and the University of Prince Edward Island was my dream university. I put all of my faith into this one school and during my grade 12 year when it was time to start applying to different schools I only applied to one.
Scholarship
To apply for student loans you have to go through your home province and just provide them with some information such as tuition cost, proof of enrolment, and any other funding that you may have been rewarded.
