How to Check SVSU Result 2026?

The steps differ for regular and distance students. Both need the enrollment number issued at admission.

Steps for Regular UG and PG Students

  1. Open the ERP gateway at subharti.org/erp.
  2. Pick the portal matching the year of enrollment.
  3. Log in with the student ID and password.
  4. Open the examination or result section.
  5. Select the semester and download the marks statement.

Steps for CDOE Distance Students

  1. Open the CDOE marks page on subhartidde.com.
  2. Enter the enrollment number.
  3. Enter the date of birth as the password in DDMMYYYY form.
  4. Set Type as Result and pick the exam session, such as June-2026.
  5. Choose the semester and the exam mode, Main or Back.
  6. Type the captcha and click Get Marks.

Example: A student born on March 12, 1996 enters 12031996 as the password.

SVSU Result Not Showing: Common Fixes

Most login failures come from small input errors. Students should check these before contacting the college.

  • Wrong ERP: Students admitted before 2024-25 must use the old ERP.
  • Wrong session: CDOE students must pick the exam month they appeared in.
  • Wrong mode: Back paper results show only under Back mode.
  • Date format: The CDOE password takes no slashes or spaces.
  • Page refresh: The CDOE page reloads every 45 seconds, so details must be entered quickly.

If the result still does not appear, the college examination cell can check the record. Login problems go to the university IT department at it@subharti.org.

What the SVSU Grade Card Shows

The online marks statement is provisional. Students should check every detail on it right away.

  • Name, father's name and enrollment number
  • Subject codes and subject names
  • Marks or grades in each paper
  • SGPA and the final result status

CDOE students pay Rs. 500 to correct a marksheet error. A duplicate marksheet also costs Rs. 500, and a consolidated marksheet costs Rs. 2,000.

SVSU Grading System and SGPA Calculation

The university follows a credit-based grading system on a 10-point scale. SGPA shows the result of one semester. CGPA shows the result of all semesters together.

SGPA is total credit points divided by total credits. Credit points for a subject are its credits multiplied by the grade point earned.

Subharti Ph.D. Result 2026

The university published the Ph.D. merit list for the July 2026 batch on July 27, 2026. Selection followed a two-tier admission process. The list covers subjects such as Computer Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Physics and Fine Arts.

Selected scholars get admission letters from the university. Waiting list candidates could contact the university after August 10, 2026 if seats stayed vacant. The January 2026 batch list asked selected scholars to confirm seats after March 1, 2026.

How to Apply for SVSU Revaluation and Scrutiny?

Students unhappy with their marks can ask for a recheck. In scrutiny, the university re-counts the marks already awarded. The paper is not marked again.

Regular students apply through their college examination cell. As per previous trends, the window stays open for about two weeks after the result. Students who fail a paper appear in the next back paper exam.
